Belfry stupidity

Why is is so often the maintenance corps will set up a Belfry (or Siege Turret), only for a campaign battle end because said corps "returned victorious" despite the fact the siege weapon is still intact?

Seriously, the campaign battle should at least continue until the belfry (or whatever) is demolished.

on our server, usually mob get killed b4 they even have a chance to build a belfrey (post recent update)

battle ends if the UNIT leaves whoever placed the Belfry or Turret which is only for beastmenforces possible
unless there is a new UNIT otw
