Are you REALLY the originator of RC Zerg and the finder of the 43.3% Magic Haste cap?

Yea, once I noticed that there was a cap on magic + song haste, it wasn't too hard to note that in order to achieve the old max haste cap 93.3 (or 93.75% as kirschy stated), you need capped gear haste, which can only be achieved by using RC or Apoc, hence the birth of RC zerg.

yes sorry please my forgive my lolengrish wording, i didnot meant any decaying factor, pretty much all my test parses ended up stabilizing around theoric values.

ALL i meant were about low sample size parses, very dangerous to conclude based on such parses since - for my parses i must point - they starting often with high values (i have tests for DA/Joyeuse/critrates and soon FortAxe) and erratically when i look how values evolve as im fighting during parse.
As sample size increases, yu can see yur averages pretty much evolve less and less erratically, stabilizing around final value, usually @ 500ish hits on ONE type of mob (99% of parses yu see posted on forums have all their filter set on "ALL MOBS". which means, when yu trying to prove a point, due to different level of mobs and their stats, or worse different mobs, sample size LOT lower).
The surprising thing is i should have gotten at least a few parses starting with LOW averages, but none o.O Honestly i don't know why.

If you don't mind wasting tickets, the Lebros Cavern assault is probably the best way to test this. No DAing and killing mobs, and since they don't attack back, you're sure to hit a 300% WS before it wears off.
