From what I've seen from my Mercurial sword it's about 10%SIngle/40%Double/40%Triple/10%Quadruple, and yes it's 11% TP per swing roughly, with 4 hit proc up to a maximum of 46% TP per round without store TP. I guess I won't know for sure, but I'll just go with Joyeuse and keep the Mercurial just for fun. But if someone does find some testing, please tell me I'm still interested.
