Yang's SA3 is such garbage, though.
Hell, half the time I use EX slashes more than SA2.

I wouldn't say SA3 is garbage per se, SA2 is safer and I guess gives you more meter for EX attacks but... really depends on your mindgames.
As you can see in the last video I posted SA3 has potential but it really depends on how you pressure the opponent.
If they can get a good read on you, then yeah it's pretty much useless.

cross up dive kick, low MP, low HK in SA3 is quite hard to block unless you already know it's coming
