this show is so good man, the writing is superb and acting overall has been steadily improving

Michelle really screwed David. He wanted to tell Silas, but felt like it wasn't his choice and now that Michelle let the secret out Silas will never believe David ever intended to tell him.

Whether he told Silas or Michelle did, he was pretty screwed either way. While Silas made his own deal to save Michelle's life, she also made one and I don't see him taking to kindly to the idea she is breaking that promise that saved her.

David is arrested for treason and Silas puts the trial in Jack’s hands. Meanwhile, an unexpected medical condition pulls Michelle away from David’s trial and brings her closer to Rose.

But Silas was always going to find out, he could only make things worse by lying.

imo they could do away with the supernatural stuff and make the show even better

but alas, whatever they are doing, this is better tv than anything i've seen in a while

The way they do the supernatural stuff is very good though, its reminiscent of BSG or Lost. And after all it is telling a biblical story about man/men with divine mandate(s) so even as an agnostic leaning towards atheism I feel having an all knowing 'God' present makes the characters (Silas/David) that much more complex instead of just having Silas as a villain of sorts hoodwinking everybody including David into blind allegiance based on a God whose existence can't be proven (like real royalty does/did)

well, slight difference in between religion/faith/omens and materialized god of death making blood pacts and granting lives, these writers are fully capable of better plot devices imo

but like i said, i don't really care, the show is awesomerzz :D

Honestly, I love the show to death but I really don't see how they could pull the show for more than one season. I mean with the way things are going there will be nothing left to go on after the first season. So are we really missing anything with it being cancelled?

also remember that king in captivity, that shit is grounds for some amazing, large scale story potential

Ian McShane really makes the show and once he dies or would die I'm not sure I could stand watching a show with pretty boy David in the throne.

I'm going to fucking rage if the season(I guess series :/) finale isn't Silas taking his own life and David taking the throne.
