    16:10 resolution question.

Is the lowest resolution for 16:10 standard 1280x800?

Reason why I ask is, I'm trying to resize a game window to fit my widescreen resolution with custom variables. But online/google I can't find anything showing a resolution for 16:10 smaller than that.

If you're just looking for a smaller resolution that fits the 16:10 aspect, 1024x640 would be the next step down.

Experimentation is always what I go with. If it doesn't work when you try it then it's not supported, hehe. Just use the ratio, in this case for you 16:10, pull out your handydandy sliderule and start with about where you want the horizontal or vertical res to be and find out what the corresponding size for the other axis would be for that given res, and then keep going till you find whole numbers to work with.

What? No slide rule? Ok, go use a calculator then. >.> I still use a sliderule at least.

You don't have to keep it to 16:10 if you don't want to, the resulting image will just be stretched.

Well if you want custom resolutions, just take the width and divide it by 1.6 to get the correct height.

    Example: 1280 / 1.6 = 800.
