First obvious question: Did you all have the axe in your respective inventories/safes/lockers/storages?

Common question people been asking me, the answer is no, 1 of us had, there was 3 people in our group when pop, 4 when we killed, only 1 had.

And no the person with the axe did not pop it and lose the adds, the person without them(the rdm) did.

SS looks like you were low manning and down to one person at the end (go go draca solo etc), was the only Alive person perhaps the one with the Axe already? Not sure if that is how it works maybe but just a thought.

Its not my screenshot, but i was there, i was being nice and blocking there name out since they didn't want to post it thereself, and only 1 person in our group had it, but the go go draca solo thing wasn't about him being only one alive, we all were alive, he was the only blm

100% agree. This item is a guaranteed drop unless every member of the killing party has the Fort Axe. Whoever says they don't have it needs to check their mannequin or something, cause they probably do and forgot about it.

Secondly: in my Knowledge of playing even when you already have the Items and its R/X it will Still Drops Both, If Solo the R/X item jst goes 2 waste And if Duo+ It drops into treasure pool and waits 5min be4 fallening to someone or jst going to waste

Thirdly: Even if everyone but 1person was dead the items should still fall into the treasure pool, and wait 5min to fall!

So 1: This Screenshot is fake of drops and of Gm call
Or 2 : The Screenshot shows that The Axe Isnt 100% !

There are different situations with different results. You kill Aquarius and already have the axe, it just wont drop again. You kill a mob that drops a coffer key and you already have, it will just give the "item is lost" message.

rare equippable items don't drop if everyone has it, see: joyeuse, others do, see: coffer keys

Yup been that way since the Pixie earring / Defending ring fix.
(shared drop slot, so if everyone in alliance had earring it would force DRing to drop)

Rare usable/consumable items (ones in yellow) will load in loot pool even if everyone has one (Coffer Keys, Mandragora Buds, whatever), items that arent usable/consumable will simply not drop.
