Tracie had quit and offered his char to one of us, he then tells us directly that he wishes to return to FFXI and says he wants to start playing (cool? no prob, that's fine with me)...

When he returned he said he was going to give back the stuff that were still on Tracie to us that didn't get time to moved prior to his return.

I take it this is what he calls returning items

His idea of returning was jacking over 40m worth items from us, from previous stuff we had killed. Completely ignores everyone's tells, Cellphone text messages, except for one last response "No, I'm going to change servers, I'm not going to give anything back"

Tracie reported the account stolen and it then was locked by SE for a month or so, then he was given back his access with a new password. It wasn't the real Tracie that was a member here, it was only used as a mule, as the real Tracie quit before handing the account off to a member of our linkshell.

1) You had a delivery box full of Ixion items and were using the account as a mule.

or

2) Those transactions were done before he took control of the account.

Either way looks slightly fishy and should be cleared up :/

It was being used as a LS mule by one of the leaders. So I guess most of the sales were by the leader himself, but there were still some left over things that weren't sold yet and some gil that needed to be given out.

I see no more than 2 of any Ixion Rare drop, 1 was in Dbox(or on the AH) 1 was on the char. Dont say its fishy when you just need to think harder.

I know it may be hard considering he has no stand out gear, but has anyone noticed the appearance of this type of mithra on your server, he'd probably be buying up a lot of shit with all the gil.

At least my shell leader Maximuss didn't dupe shit and get banned. Why try to drum up sympathy when you deserve none? Hellz shouldn't have been so cheap and bought a new acct to 'mule' instead of using someone else's char. Funny how you call tracie a 'mule' when it was the actual new main char for all intents and purposes. Now I understand why there was a new bard named hellsangels I saw in valk dunes.
