I loved my time at IWU. Small school but it had a great college atmosphere. UMCP was a hole lol. Everyone who's been anywhere else hates it. THe only people that love it are people that haven't spent time somewhere else. Campus life is exceptionally lame. 35k students and...4 bars (was 3 until a year ago or so). If you go out most Friday nights 1 has a line and the others are empty. Such a commuter campus. Not to mention it's horribly unsafe.

Gotta agree about College Park. Went there for two UNC-Maryland games. It's a shithole and unsafe.

CP is gross, boring, and unsafe. Definitely can't argue with that. But the school is great and I made a lot of very good friends and was involved with a couple student groups, so I still had a great time.
