The real solution here is to confront her, tell her you know she copied from you, and that you will be covering yourself on the final.

Then remind her that she NEEDs to do well on the final or she's screwed.

Tell her, however, that you are not a cruel man. You don't want her to have to repeat the course and have a black mark on her transcript forever. Tell her this, and allow her to persuade you to change your mind. What's in it for you? Why should you let her benefit from all your hard work that stresses you out so much?

Ah, but if only she could relieve some of that stress for you. After all, you're busting your ass just so she can pass the class. It's her duty to help you relax; the least she could do.

Has anyone ever tried that before, is the act of cheating supposed to be caught during the exam only? Or can it still be pursued after it's over by compare and contrast between her exam and mine(same wrong answers, same right ones except mine actually shows work...gee something's wrong in this picture). Basically, how should i confront the professor about this? The bitch needs to learn her lesson early.

It generally depends on the institution, but it's not a court of law, there's no statute of limitations on cheating on tests. However, you have absolutely no way of reasonably convincing anyone that this actually happened, so it's irrelevant.

Sounds to me like you're just angsty about some girl brushing you off, and if I was on a college ethics committee, I'd see it as such and just tell you to gtfo.

Why would it be hard to convince? The professor simply has to ask her how she got to the answers and since she completely copied all of them then there is no way of her to prove she actually DID those questions. Unless she says "I guessed on them". In that case, it's pretty fucking unbelievable you guessed 84% of the questions correct (calculations) and they happen to be the same ones that were correct and incorrect on mine lol.

It's not the fact I'm pissed that she brushes me off, that I could careless. It's the fact most of us, if not all bust our ass preparing for these exams every time and a lazy ass biatch like her will decide to cheat off our papers basically freeloading off our own work just so she can get the same grade.
