about 6 or 7 months ago, Me and my wife are driving down on the BQE on our way home. It was around 9:30 - 10pm. As my wife and I are talking, I see this bright light from my driver side mirror and shortly after an old ass 93 Lincoln town car side swipes my car. I'm like wtf?!. So I'm getting ready to pull over... and I'm waiting.... the fucker continues. I'm like, wtf and give chase. At first I thought he was going to loose me but I floored it. I was very surprised how much torque and HP my car has. I start flashing my high light and the fucker STILL continues. I call 911 while giving chase and read off the plates from the guy and continue chase. He gets off at the next exit and stops for a red light. I see this and put my car sideways in front of his car. I get out and approach him, and at this point, i'm angry and in a serious tone I ask him what his problem was, he hit me and continued going. He cracked the window down and in a cracking old voice, he says "iiitttwwasshhhh yurrh faaulllltt." I look at him like whaaa... and i told him "They why are you running?!. He rolls his window back up, hit reverse, at this point I see he has 1 broken headlight, and the other one is super faded. He almost hit another car, almost runs over me, some how misses my car, and continues on his way.

I just laughed and waited for the police to come.

It's a speech, not a research paper. Last time I checked it's okay if one is attacking or defending to have a premise in mind when writing a speech. 'equal time' does not apply; he's not in a journalism class.
