we tried that LOL
people kept getting fucking faced on bone storm because they don't know how to run, or run too damn far where they can't be healed

Took 45 minutes to complete Heroic UK in a PUG yesterday. Damndest thing, too.
On first pull, a dps gives the "got2go, sry" and just disbands. He gets replaced.
On second pull, a different dps just drops. He gets replaced by a gnome DK.
The DK spends the entire instance auto-running between pulls. He manages to grab not one, not two, but three different trash groups that the rest of the pug had MGS'd around.
He also tells us "brb" halfway through, and doesn't return until right in the middle of the Skarvald/Dalronn fight (of course, right before I clicked "vote to kick" too).
Everyone seemed competent, but my god, it was like pulling teeth just to get a pair of damn frost emblems.
No one was obviously crappy (except for said gnome, and even he could dps, he was retarded between pulls), but man it was a long friggin' instance.
I'm surprised you stayed. My sanity is worth a 15 minute debuff and a 15 minute queue time after.
Yeah... I had a group the other day that spent the entire dungeon cooldown timer in CoS... looking for crates. Then the guy that got the disruptor decided that 4 crates was enough, time to go afk.

After a couple weeks playing with it, I would just like to clarify:
Nibelung is, in fact, a complete piece of trash and not worth shit.
I thought we'd figured that out a long time ago? I had a chance to roll on it and wouldn't even use it to replace a healer weapon for a DPS caster (e.g., Midnight Sun). At best, it's a stop-gap for someone still using something like Engraved Gargoyle Femur.
It was weird. It was like being a frog in a pot of water that was being brought slowly to boil.
Everything seemed normal. Each individual bad thing that happened was corrected quickly. The tank knew how to proceed, but everything was just slow.
I mean, no one died, and only one mis-pull during the pug. All normal stuff.
But at the end of it I realized that it was a 45 minute instance.
Like I said, damndest thing.
mabye it's just me but are any other pally healers stressed out/on edge while doing 5-mans?
I'm not uber geared by todays standards but I'm not shit, either. I don't have any problems in raids cause there's usually a druid or priest healer so hots are there to help but when I get random'd to pit of saron/OK or something else retarded... my hair starts falling out
tempted to retire holy for a while because it's too much pressure! Q_Q
Sounds like you have crappy tanks and/or stupid DPS. The only person who should take non-AoE damage is the tank. If the DPS are pulling aggro and cannot keep themselves alive (I can take hits just fine in lower level Heroics), they're failing, not you.
When your group is shitty, it can be very stressful. I never healed in raid, so I can't compare, but holy shit, some tank died fast. When he get 2 shotted by normal mobs, and the rest of the group take AoE damage, you just don't know wtf to do.
I cant say I hated it though, it was more funny than anything.
I'm glad to seek as tank only. Not only can I ignore the healer complain ("too fast", "no mana") and force the pacing to something that work for me, I never waited more than 15 seconds to get a group.
The occasional terrible party I get is just good for my epeen anyway.
Don't know if you can or not, though i thought you could only get one per group. At the beginning I asked the group "who wants crates?" and that guy said he'd do them, so we 4 ran to the start and the guy got 1 crate, afk'd, got another, afk'd, etc. After 10mins rolled around, I figured the prologue would be done, so I switched back to WoW and we don't even have 4 crates yet and the guy is still afk... so I asked wtf is up with the crates? And he says "you're welcome to come and do them ^^". I left. I think it's an entire new level of laziness to afk before the instance even starts, after waiting however long to get into it.
Everybody in the partyy can get the disruptors. I believe there even is a quest involving it. don be terribully lazy. Help each other out
Not really a quest, just have to talk to Chromie and she'll automatically deposit it in your bag.

I am an attorney - so do not feel sorry for me - but I have never seen this kind of abuse of power before.
I think I am going to eat some icecream.
