I've been leveling a tank pally, I recently just hit level 50. I need some external approval to validate that I'm not being subject to divaism!

I simply hate it when other people pull... Seriously. I have my method of pulling with Holy Shield, Hand of Reckoning, Avenger's shield, concencration, Judgement. When other people pull, all they end up doing is running right over my concencration, and placing the mobs nicely packed behind me. Then with the crappy pathing, and my nubness as a tank, it's near impossible for me to get them all in front of me.

Also, I hate anyone that doesn't remove status ailments. I get Hex'ed and people QQ about being hit rather than actually dispelling the clense. Shit, decursive makes that a joke... typically I have the most status ailment cures as the tank.

Yeah, you might want to actually take a look at the capabilities of your healers and what they can actually remove, because Paladins have the most status cures. For that matter, Hex is a Curse, which means only Druid and MAGE can remove it. I'm strongly opposed to Blizzard homogenizing classes, but I really think they ought to just throw all the appropriate status cures at their healer classes. It's nonsense at bare minimum that the holy melee class has more status removal capability than the true healer class.

But, I agree, it drives me nuts when people pull mobs "for" me. I had a thunderchicken doing that in Halls of Lightning yesterday when we beat the place in just under 17 minutes. I debated pitching a fit or letting him die, but it wasn't worth it compared to just getting the place finished. However, it's not like we were going slowly by any measure.

Resto shaman can remove anything that isn't just "magic", they can drop cleansing totem for poison and disease and manually remove curses.

People in ICC25 pugs that tell me I can't roll on leather bracers as a dps warrior. They are best in slot, it's not my fault blizzard itemized them like that.

How can you make an ICC group, say it's Mainspec/offspec rolls, then deny somebody their MAINSPEC roll for a significant upgrade in gear? Isn't the idea to give mainspecs upgrades as opposed to sidegrades/downgrades? How can you deny them shit.

Every pug I enter, I ask the RL before I join if I can roll on leather. He sees my gearscore, knows he's about to invite probably the top dps of the raid, and then either says "No, no leather" or "ask the rogues"... Got in the raid, asked the rogues in raid chat "Mind if I roll on leather bracers since they are best in slot for warrior?" And get a reply of "yes i mind, go get your plate shit and stay off my agi shit"

Yep, unless the main users of said armor class let him roll. That might fly in guild raids, but it doesn't fly in pugs.

I agree with this. Sorry, it might be BiS, but what do you do when you take the mail this week but next week the plate drops and the mail doesn't? That makes that plate item useless instead of going into the 2nd week with two members of the raid in new shiny loot.

I can buy dps warriors getting it before "OS" but not over MS.

Class-specific tokens should have died by now. RNG loot is tolerable (barely: was in a VoA10 this week with 0 Mages, guess what class's gloves Koralon drops), but if everyone and their mother can get the basic tier gear, cock-blocking guilds with specific tokens is a bit obnoxious.

I love prot pallies in pvp. They take next to no damage, can heal, and w/o a mortal strike you're basically fucked. Also they do magic damage...I think they need a buff

This is why VoA10 classruns own. Fuck getting t10 to drop to the floor, its just retarded how often you see it happen when you don't bring 1 specific class that RNG picks that specific class to drop its loot for. Also means you have no competition if it actually does drop your classes loot.

That's odd that your shoulders wouldn't be very good...most other classes afaik have a better chest piece in ICC than the tier piece, which leaves head and either shoulders or legs as the powerhouses of the set.

Same socket colors and bonuses too. F'in bull! Also the crafted/frost badge 264 plate has more armor than T10 making it better, but the set bonuses on the tier are really good. So I have to hope I win rolls on the marks against the 9 other paladins.... fffffff
