In TBC, if the other team is doing it right you can still win if you're doing it right, too.

Now, it's over so fast that how well you do it doesn't matter nearly as much as what's the matchup.

I'm not saying it doesn't matter at all, just that there's no time for it to develop.

I agree that in TBC there was a lot more room for error because people didn't die in a global or blanket CS. But people make it seem like the gates drop and the game is over in the first 30 secs or that they have no teammates to help mitigate whatever damage their taking.

That's pretty much how it went when I ran beast cleave and we were on RoV. Games lasted 15 seconds.

Went back to finish rusted proto achieves tonight, and the fucking DK QQs because we didn't get yogg+1 within the first 3 attempts and basically breaks up the group. I really hate playing on a backwoods server sometimes.

Oh, I've killed myself and dps that way before aswell. Started CoS using the fast method and going straight up killing trash packs not noticing the healer is going the long way until I pulled a trash pack too many.

I did it religiously every week for a couple of months and got 1 i251 t10 item (mage hands) and a couple of pvp items (while I don't pvp). Nothing from 25mans though, and lately I've been slacking + horde on my server is horribly outnumbered so we don't have WG very often.

The first time I fought him, he dropped double Priest for the healing set. Ironically, one priest in our 10-man was exclusively Shadow, and I am Disc, so they were upgrades, but not what we wanted.

My complaint being most guilds running raids late, hell for us 3rd shifters. I have a pally tank and resto druid looking to see content but I can't cause all the kiddies wanna run raids at 8-9pm and I'm getting ready to head into work :<

I've seen hunter drops several times in both 10 and 25 man while I was on my hunter, but by the time I saw them I was already 4/4 sanctified

As for my other chars, I hadn't seen a single prot pally piece drop on any chars in either 10 or 25 man since Toravon was released. Saw prot hands for the first time yesterday though, on my hunter of course

On the complaining note: Having to play my warlock because my guild has terrible ranged dps and prot paladins are too easy for nubs to play well enough to complete raids.
