He's on Fizzcrank. I don't have a character on Fizzcrank, but I can wager a guess as to what the pug environment is like there, considering they're one of like... four realms that are below mine on wowprogress.

I figured a pug that do 9/12 was on a decent server ;/

But either way, if you're raiding in a pug, gdkp is almost always better.

The occasional pug on Grizzly Hills can do the first 4 + Fester/Rot + PP + Council + VDW. But GDKP runs are absolutely nonexistent. There's been a couple of attempts lately, but all of them have failed miserably. It's a little sad; I love GDKPs, but there's just not enough people who have an ICC lock available on a character that needs it, enough gold to not make it fail, and/or aren't functionally retarded.

But they really can't. At least the very large majority of them. Was the same problem on Priest, too. Can never find a competent DK tank.

Trying to gear fresh 80 prot paladin alt and everytime after a wipe a melee dps is like "I can switch to tank if you want". The hell? It's not my fault healer can't keep up with incoming aoe damage. -_-;;
edit: doesn't happen very often just eh, annoying really that people point fingers at me when I'm doing my job =/.
