Just had that super low exp effect in Northrend, NOTHING IS SAFE (67 xp per kill of Steel Gate Excavators, 1 level lower than me)

Edit: Maybe they just don't give good experience, normal xp from a random shoveltusk I decided to stomp to test.

This low-exp thing must be random, or confined to certain servers. I've been levelling toons all month and I never noticed green/yellow mobs giving sub-100exp per kill.

Assuming those specific mobs IS intentional, I'd assume it's because they respawn rather quickly, even when not looted, and they're all confined in a pretty small area, I could easily see it being another troll catacombs type place if it was full xp per kill.

I stopped reading that thread when I saw "...my 72 hunter in blades edge..."

Granted, I hope they only screw with this on the high end so I can finish a zone even when I should have moved on, but being forced into level-appropriate content isn't that bad.

lol making EVERYONE US log in at the same time makes for a wonderful experience. Shit their regular patches don't work 1/2 the time with a lot of people logging in then, what makes them think it will go smoothly for an expansion. All because people NEED to get their character to 85 first.

I thought bosses (in Cata) are supposed to hit wtfhard, 4 shot a tank or something. What class are you?

Normal modes are intended to be easy, it's just that for most people ICC 5 man level difficulty is way above easy.
