We failed at Kologarn-10 MULTIPLE times last night because we've lost our other regular healers (our Holy Priest is having RL fam issues, and our regular Resto Shammy is out doing religious stuffs for the summer), so we're subbing in a Holy Pally (he's pretty decent, actually, no complaints) and our normally Ele Shammy as Resto. Thing is... the shammy has... never healed anything. Ever. Throwing him into Ulduar and saying "okay, now heal everyone" is not the way you teach someone, ffs. -_-;

Was made even better when our MT and his roomie bounced out without a word to the raid after our 4th wipe. People annoy the crap out of me sometimes.

Well, tensions with the officers are running high right now (drama llama ftl), so I think that's where they got annoyed. Normally we one-shot Kolo, but the 4th wipe was after swapping out our Pally with a (slightly undergeared) Holy Priest, and we still failed... because the problem wasn't me, or the Pally, or the H.Priest... the Shammy was sucking wind, but because he's a nice guy and a RL friend of the GM (the Holy Pally... he's dating the Shammy's daughter) no one wanted to come out and say that he was the weak link. So instead the MT (one of our officers) and his roomie (another officer) got fed-up and just logged out. Supposedly they said something in officer chat and just forgot to say it in raid chat, but whatever. It's not like they weren't on Vent at the time and couldn't, you know, say something on Vent ffs.

Our 10-man team has slowly been sliding downhill, and I'm pretty sure that the inevitable breaking of our guild is going to follow right behind it. -_-;

Alright I gotta file a complaint.

I just finished a 25 OS PUG (blah blah pugs suck blah blah) with my new 80 hunter whose mostly equipped with epic PvP gear, BoE epics and badge vendor gear. We kill Sarth (no drakes of course) and the loot is distributed: no hunter gear drops and I don't win the roll on the satchel or bag.

After the loot is distributed another hunter that was in the group sends me a message that says, "nice legs." I have 25 man T8 legs that I got from vault earlier in the week (won the roll against 1 other hunter). I say "thankies." He then says, "everything else you have is trash." Thinking he was joking, despite how crude of a comment it is, I said, "it's true," and then elaborate by telling him how I just hit 80, won the roll in Vault and planned on starting Naxx this week. Without reading my comment, he says, "you shouldn't deserve those and people like you make me sick." He puts me on ignore before I have time to respond.

According to Recount, I did 0.2% more damage to Sarth than him, although his DPS was around 3600 when mine was 3500. So, I have to wonder, what the hell is this guy thinking? I never said anything or did anything to this guy beforehand. In fact, I didn't speak a word the entire raid. I armory'd him and he is geared for Ulduar, with a few pieces from it even. I am just baffled by this really, I had the urge to tell him off using my main but decided against it after logging onto it. There was just no point really. To myself I like to think that he's just upset that, despite the fact that his gear is far superior to mine, I did about the same damage as him on Sarth.

Yes, I know it's a PUG. It's pretty rare that I'm confronted with such a person as outrageous and out-of-line as he was, I felt the need to vent. Of course I get the typical morons and idiots that play but not usually the kind that will confront me with something as moronic as this. What a depressing encounter.

Pissy 'hardcore' raider that got his ass chapped that you beat him in dps. He needs to learn to play his job. I pull 4200 on dk in naxx shit. Him doing that low with ulduar stuff means hes a retard. just ignore it.

3600 is unacceptable DPS for any class/spec in Ulduar gear with raid buffs.

My guild of bads hasn't even cleared anything after Auriaya on 25 man. (We killed Hodir for the first time last week, but it doesn't count until people pull their heads out of their asses, stop getting flash frozen and do it again)

Speaking of Auriaya, I just find that the worst fight ever. I don't know if its the beginning pull/defender/fear but it makes me skin crawl in the worst way.

I don't know how anyone gets flash frozen. Out of all the 'don't stand in the fire' instances, it seems like the most fail if you're caught, to me at least.

There's something like a 6 second windup and a 2-3 second span in which you have to move one foot, how do you fail this?

For the beginning pull have everyone stack up behind the wall near the stairs. Have a dk lay DnD out where auriaya pats to and you should get a clean pull with no pounces.

Run into the big circle before it falls, be tossed like 25-30y and then be frozen. I've seen MANY of my guilds healers die to this.

Considering most have a 1 track mind in my guild, they usually don't "self heal" and die because they may be outside the range of other healers.
I see so much fail... daily I can't just stop to laugh about it.

I think one the best I seen so far is... where we started the mimiron fight, and this rogue was late.. he sprints in.. and trails about 4-5 bombs with him from that ring of bombs... to/through the MT and the melee and kills everyone there.

Unfortunately, the guild already has low attendance problems and not really any "replacement people" so... he got to stay even if he did that, and die to missiles... or dps in laser barrage...

I should just... record an entire raid, then pickout the pieces of hardcore fail and make 1 big video of it!

I honestly have no idea. If I were in charge, all the retards would be gone and we'd be back to running 10mans because of it... lol

My guild has no problem killing her but the fight is just stupid. Its pointless and so annoying. Defender likes to stop cast in the midle of eclipse, the fearing into the void zones, her voice. I dread it everytime we do it.

To add insult to injury, I found out only because they spammed /g with FL+4 achievements
