I hate jousting. It's frustrating the fuck out of me. I know I will eventually get it, but for now I am annoyed with it. And annoyed with a certain someone telling me how easy it is. STOP BEING CONDESCENDING WHEN I AM SAYING SOMETHING IS HARD FOR ME, I DON'T CARE HOW EASY IT IS FOR YOU.

Feels good to let that one out.

If you're having problems with a particular one (the argent dudes on the graduations liked to give me problems a lot and the death knights for the champion dailies could get bitchy), you can always lol your way through it; stand in their face, spam melee swing and keep your shield at 3. As soon as they start to run out for their own shield breaker, start spamming yours and immediately follow it with a charge (make sure shield breaker fires first tho, charge is your heaviest damage attack so the less reduction they have on it to start with the better). Then get back in their face and wait for them to do it again. It can take a little longer (to the tune of 2~3 minutes a kill), but it's foolproof.

pretty much my strat, except i do it in reverse.

spam 1, keep full shield up at all cost. when they turn to run to make room for a charge, you spam your charge, once you connect, hit shield breaker as your turning in a wide arc back toward your opponent. go back to melee'ing and continue the whole process.

Okay I did it the REALLY lol way. I basically spammed 1. When it ran away, I followed it. Continued to spam 1, and made sure my shields were up. Was a gimptastic way to get through it but it worked. Meh. I have no coordination without a controller, keyboard controls make me QQ.

I died twice to Scourge Commanders when I got to that stage of the Argent Tournament dailies. There's intuition to the early parts but there's a fine art to managing your lag and abilities when you're out in the fields. I jousted against real human beings till I got the hang of it.

It was a random pug and by the time I got the tell from the raid leader half the raid had left. I don't even remember now who did get the helm. It would take a lot of generosity and a tiny miracle for that GM ticket to go in, now.

Got into a 10man Naxx, on last quarter. I need a new ranged weapon, nerubian conq. from kel, so i'm excited. Group fails tremendously, Gothik wiping. End up finishing it withing an hour suprisingly.

Ended up doing 54.2% of the damage on Sapphiron.

Only to wipe to enrage. yesssss! 2 other hunters, died after 1st air phase, everytime. So was just me, a war, and a dk.

At least your healers didn't suck if you lasted all the way to Sapph's enrage :D

Complaint: Patch 3.2 looks like utter and worthless shit.

They are finally delivering on their promise for druid forms after dangling that carrot on a stick.

The gear is just recolored shitty skins, that looks horrible to begin with but then they just changed the color saturation for the different sets. Oh yay horde and alliance can now just look the exact same on their own side! Whoopie.

CoC is a horrible idea and feels like a Naruto filler episode they just thought up one day in a meeting called "Meeting 102: How to keep them paying till Arthas".

Exactly, they're just filling til icecrown...big deal? It's not like 2 months after colliseum comes out you wont be gearing up in tier 10 anyway.

The way i see it, this patch is basically their way of saying, "even with ulduar shit you can't handle what icecrown will throw at you, so here's some gear and stuff to do so you won't get completely annihialated by the first pull in icecrown".
