Why is it a skirt again (like in T10) =(
EYE OF THE FUCKING TOWER DONEEEEEEEE (children's week)
Literally everyone was in the middle
3 to go.
EDIT: I'm so happy I double posted, I forgot I replied last.
And that was the one I most feared.
The game is creeping up on 7 years old, I think its in saving costs mode similar to how FFXI did it.
Cataclysm IS the Wings of the Goddess of WoW, it seems the content is much smaller now, takes longer to come out. I think it was all hands on deck to get Cata out in November then it went to a skeleton crew for patches.
Just an awful situation to be in imo. 7 bosses is pathetic, lol. I don't think people can use the Sunwell arguement, Sunwell was filler, Firelands is supposed to be the first major content patch of the expansion that is expected to hold people over for the next 6-7 months until 4.3 is released.
You still had Hyjal, BT that were still important where as Firelands is going to be replacing almost every piece of gear.
People that were past brut in sunwell were only doing hyjal on alts and bt for illidan drops...
AV TO GO
This is realllllly making me rage haha. Purple drake.. purple drake .. ... purple drake.........
Zul'Aman seems impossible unless I'm the healer, boosthaxed my friend to 346 through a mix of epics/pvp/crafted/and ninja'd shit and even with all the shit gear on him and 344 ilvl he was doing the most dps![]()
WHY DOES NOBODY ROLL FEMALE TAUREN FFS THAT'S ALL I NEED FOR NOBLEGARDEN
(yes I know you can get that cheevo outside the holiday, just sucks pvping for 3 hours and not finding a single cow-girl)
Needs to be "18" (Level)
READ THE FUCKING INSTANCE TACTICS BEFORE YOU QUEUE, OR WHILE YOU'RE QUEUED. JESUS CHRIST.
One fucker leaves after one wipe and explaining all the tactics. Queue again for another fucker who comes in and goes
"oh i dont knw taktics sry xDDD can u explain"
hahaha, on the bright side, my guild group is still in zul aman, and im sipping beer <.< (queued with aforementioned boosted dude as random)
Edit: completed as I posted haha
Reading an interview with GC about 4.2 and I have to wonder. What's the diff between this new fantastic quest hub experience in 4.2 and the one we had for SWP? I mean it all sounds very similar, you start off in a small section, you do quests and as you do them the area opens up more and you get more quests as if you're part of the invasion, there's a tree the grows as you progress like the statue that was built up in SWP staging area. The interview makes it sound like this is something new and never done before for Blizzard and I'm just seeing SWP Island V2.0, which is fine by me honestly because I had tons of fun with the island dailies but I dont see the new and exciting part.
Watching videos is hard, also if your raid leader says shit like that...your raid leader sucks ass.Greg: (laughs) Well. We think about the experience of going into a raid and the raid leader will say things like "Okay, at first the boss is gonna cast some fire spell. I can't remember what it's called, but you'll know it when you see it, and then he's gonna cast something else, I can't really remember what that is, um, here, just watch the video". And we really don't feel like that is the epic experience of going into a dungeon and fighting these creatures. So the Encounter Journal gives the leader the ability to say "Okay, the first ability you're going to see is this", and then link it from the Encounter Journal. Then they can base their strategies around that information rather than going in blind.
Because progression is personal, like Hodir quest phasing was. This is New and Exciting!
(Basically 4.2 is looking to be a meager patch like 4.1 was. Welcome to the Wings of the Goddess phase of WoW)
Fought a shaman/mage 2's today...lasted the full duration limit of arena, was annoying as fuck. Had the shaman at 2% mana but they were still out healing my NS's because I was being chain frozen/slowed. Man I love pvp!
So much for unique mounts that casuals can't get![]()
Maybe it's going to get hot fixed but so far, placing aoe abilities on the ground = broken (for me at least). We were doing Cho'gall and I was trying to drop Earthquake down on the bloods but every time I would get the placement circle, it would disappear into the floor and I'd have to ESC out of the ability to use something else. It was a huge pain in the ass and it really hindered my ability to manage those adds. Our hunter was having the same issue with shooting traps. Also, Healing Rain was doing the same thing for me in the ZA and ZG dungeons when I was trying to place it down. I'm assuming it's broken or maybe I'm just doing it wrong all of a sudden?
Broken for me too and a few guild members with such a style of ability. Noticably I've had this happened on my Death and Decay as I primarily use it on packs of trash. Otherwise, had the same issue on Warlock's Rain of Fire.
Oddly enough it's not in the hotfix lists, not that I've seen.
I was really stoked about the flame shock/fire nova thing too but as it turns out, for Cho'gall bloods it doesn't seem as effective as earthquake just because if the add with flame shock dies, I lost my nova.
Well I'm glad that Blizzard is finally giving druids the buff they need in 4.2:
* Innervate now grants an ally target 5% of his or her maximum mana over 10 seconds (never give away your innervate, it is now a net loss instead of a net gain)
* Insect Swarm, Moonfire, and Sunfire now generates Lunar/Solar Energy for druids with Eclipse. (Moonkins were actually dealing good damage the occasional encounters where there were multiple targets. This has been corrected.)
