I hate that my RL is our worst, most inconsistent player, but is married to our main tank.

Yeah, that's my life in WoW.

Is she the main healer? Usually the RL/spouse are the main tank/healer of guilds, and usually horrible.

She progressed through content with us as a mage most times, as a priest others. Mostly she was just dead weight. She once wiped us at 3% because she was wearing a chef hat instead of her proper helm.

Holy shit, my already horrible guild has started sucking even more then usual, had to wipe 5-6 times on the Council Throne of Winds...people kept getting hit by wind blasts, killing 1 of the 3 before another was ready to die...not listening, dps jumping at the wrong times...I can't wait for Firelands >.>

Try using this time to scout out a potentially better guild we have 11 days til patch hits, more than enough time to get to know your raid leaders and how they do their shit before the massive incoming shitstorm that is firelands raiding hits.

If a class is performing poorly except in the hands of one percent of the population, that’s a problem, but it’s not an excuse for that class to be overpowered when played by that one percent, especially in PvP. In PvP, your group composition (whether your whole Arena team or just the participants in a given fight in a Battleground) matters enormously

every guild needs a few more people these days.

stressing me out cause I want to start raiding on thursday the day after it's released, but most members of my raid team dont log on unless its a raiding day and a few people mentioned being busy for summer/getting jobs/coming back so idk who's coming, going or gone..

AND THESE FUCKING HOLY PALADINS. CHRIST. Our first one stuck around long enough to get fully geared in hc epics from everything we could currently kill before taking off. The next one stuck around for like 2 weeks but during that time looted enough hc plate shit to make most lesser paladins pale in comparison. He fucked off to join his "rl mates guild" and is now trying to get together another 6 qualified people to raid firelands with, claiming it's a guild made of players with awesome progress ect. I checked, they have 1 person with decent progress and everyone else was shit.

so now we're in the process of boosting one of our priests paladins. did 81-84 yesterday and chaingunned through normals with 4 dps and me tanking as prot pala and healing. after getting stonecore for the third time we concluded it's pointless to keep going when he already had everything he could use from stonecore/VP. going to buy him some pvp gear to cheat the ilevel check and boost him through heroics tomorrow

DKs will be to a lesser extent the same way come 4.2. I love people who think that IBF is some amazing ability in pvp that can prevent us from dying, it's just a fucking glorified stun breaker now. 20% reduction isnt gonna do shit for you, especially when were the new train targets w/o DS. I would love DK complainers to roll one and see how badly we need DS when getting trained, not to say it's not OP right now, but nerfing it 5% would have been fine, or actually listening to the community and making it based off diseases again, but holy fucking shit, we can't actually listen to intelligent thoughts when we have Lord Ghostcrawler using his superior knowledge of marine mammals to balance a game.

And yeah, hunters are shit right now, maybe you'll be looked at come 4.3 or 4.4, but most likely not. Not that Blizzard gives a damn anyways, they will just tell you that hunters are "da amazings" in RBGs and that's where you belong.

Since they are chickenshits and can't even come out and admit that arena is a fucking shit system and has been since it's introduction.

Just last night, was playing 3s with friends and started the night at 1850, we won 5 games and got up to around 1920, then lost 2...TWO fucking games..and sank to 1848

Wish I could be that high, sadly I can't find 2 skilled players who want to devote time and effort, and no matter how OP people think we are, I can't solo a 3s team....anymore...since they nerfed blood

I was soloing the 2s bracket before they nerfed blood at a 2300 MMR and Krye and I played Double blood a couple of times, much fun.

Didn't Blizzard say they were going to tone down the dungeon journal a bit? Instead they added icons for you to know just how bad a move is or if you can interrupt it w/o trying first. I guess within the next 2 patches they will implement a system wherein if you struggle on a boss for a little too long, you can click a button that summons a GM to assist in your fight, and allows the GM to take control of all your bad players and move them out of lava.

How-to-guides are out there before patches/bosses are even released. What is the big deal if we no longer have to alt tab to see these things? It'll be pretty convenient when I walk into a pug and people don't know a fight, or a guildy didn't bother to read up. No more excuse.

But I think it's not a bad feature. Aside from the world-first guilds, pretty much everyone copycats strategies anyway.

Exactly. Barely anyone figures fights out on their own. bosskillers, tankspot, wowhead, wowwiki, youtube. Now its in game for you. This isn't wow babying anybody or anything like that. You cheat and use the internet anyway.
