Didn't Blizzard say they were going to tone down the dungeon journal a bit? Instead they added icons for you to know just how bad a move is or if you can interrupt it w/o trying first. I guess within the next 2 patches they will implement a system wherein if you struggle on a boss for a little too long, you can click a button that summons a GM to assist in your fight, and allows the GM to take control of all your bad players and move them out of lava.

Why does it matter if they give you access to info you can easly get on the net? As much as i would like to discover this shit by myself, it's not going to happen unless I go play on the PTR.

What I would like to see however is content that is unlocked as people complete the encounter (especially for hardmode). They don't need to unlock everything right away.

What's better is the timer doesn't even go down lol. I've never had the 328 days timer but I did have a 40 day timer, after 2 days it had gone UP to 44 days.

Yesterday did the event boss w/2 friend. I was on my fresh 85 hunter who had like no gear, and we got 2 84's (they were friends) from the dungeon finder as the other dps. Me and my friends knew we were boned, but we tried it once. We wiped because we couldn't kill him (took way too long w/ both of them doing like 3-4k). We ask them politely to leave.. they wont. We can't kick them since its 3 of us guildies and we need a 4th. We then refuse to pull and they MPK us. Oh yeah, I was on my fresh 85 hunter and one of the 84s was a hunter (what fail is that match making system).

So we go afk lol.. they are like 15 years old and talking about how they have sex together and how the guy's gf or w/e is touching herself while her parents are out. It was making me sick. They then threaten to call a GM on me and my friends for griefing and not fighting the boss. My friend is like "go ahead, you will get a response in 5 days" loool.

Well.. one of my friends has to go after 30 minutes of us afking and stuff, other immature ppl wouldn't leave. So we decided to get somebody else from the dungeon finder (since it was gonna be a healer). I alrdy had a saying typed out ready for the healer to enter lol, and the sec he gets in I convince him to help us kick one of them.

Dealt with shit worse than this in WotLK, but it just irritates me. Back when I was selling Eternal Belt Buckles for 80g a pop at roughly every 5min, I had someone start unloading them into the auction house at 25g. When I asked them why they would undercut by that much, they informed me it was "supply and demand."

People are shit heads when it comes to the AH and server economies, it makes me doubt the future of our race at times honestly. I mean an undercut of a few silver or even 1 gold is fine, but people have to undercut prices by 70-80% because they "Need to sell it fast". It's great on items that sell fast to begin with anyways...


Edit: Just did the fucking quest in Hillsbrad, Hero of the horde, on my hunter...the fucking frostwyrm dropped me from the sky near southshore to my death...couldnt run to TM to turn it in.

Seems my guild essentially died during my break. I noticed that it's been fairly quiet the last week or two I've been back, but I thought it was just me getting on for short periods at weird hours.

Should of probably started working on finding another guild for a while now. Bronzebeard's choices aren't the hottest, in both progression and style.

So I caught glimpse of a small guild conversation today. Come this Wednesday, we're apparently going STRAIGHT to Firelands; that's if we get enough people.

Is Firelands designed to handle people who are mostly 359 geared? I really am wondering because I'm actually annoyed we're not going to spend 30 minutes tops to down Nef (yes, we've not downed it yet due to lack of attendance) for the Guild Achievement, and instead, going straight to Firelands, where there will probably be even MORE frustration, because people are impatient about wiping and retrying. Considering that the raid drops 378 minimum, surely it's required that we have some 365/378 from the vendors/rep/craftables (depending on game skill too i guess) before we even stand a chance?

I'm actually quite mad in a sense that just because it's slightly old content doesn't mean we shouldn't do it. And with it getting nerfed to the ground there's no reason why we can't quickly go do it and just push him over. I did ask this last week, a few people replied "What's the point?" -- FFFFF THE GUILD ACHIEVEMENT AND LEGENDARY REQUIREMENT . . . !?

The legendary staff requires a normal clear on all 3 4.0/4.1/4.2 raids, right?

EDIT: Surely with the raid being 7(14) bosses to last us maybe 4 months, the bosses must be artificially harder to stop quick progress? I believe the comments I saw/read around about Firelands was that pre-made heroic T12 geared chars have trouble clearing it, although I don't recall where I saw it now.

EDIT2: So in a way, I thought Blizzard WANTS us to go do the 3 old raids in heroic mode to get some gear to stand a chance. (articially extending, as mentioned)

I havent tried Fireland, but since Wrath, the first fight usually give freeloot. You can probably jump directly to fireland if your teams is in zandalari and win.
