We've been disenchanting siren's cry's for weeks on end.

But I can't buy a fucking wand drop (let alone General V's nicely itemized peach of an OOM stick).

Only problem with MPE is that hunters don't want +hit (since MM is top DPS at the moment and our +3% hit talent is huge). Oddly enough, the hunter DPS spreadsheets always show Siren's Cry as a DPS boost over Giant's Bane although equipping the SC usually lowers the DPS displayed by 5-10 points.

guildmate tanks a cos run to help out another guildmate. they pick up 3 pugs. one of the pugs, a mage, dies like 7 times because she keeps attacking adds that aren't directly being tanked by the tank. She then proceeds to whisper our guild tank telling him his spec sucks, his threat sucks, and then logs off.

Are people REALLY this stupid? It's dps 101 to attack what your tank is focusing on, or else you're going to pull threat, and probably bite the dust. Some people are fucking stupid beyond my comprehension.

Hate to say it, but if you aren't able to keep threat on all the adds in CoS, there's a problem. Its easy, even as blood, which has the worst AoE out of all the tanks.

Wasn't just BG lag, was pretty bad in worldserver areas on the whole. Uld was fine but soon as I stepped outside it took like 5 seconds to fire any spell.

Amusing part was my client said my latency was only 200ms rofl.

Apparently Blizz doesn't like it when my guild runs Naxx25 these days. Last week we had people get kicked and not able to get in just as we got to Sapph because of that autentication crap, this week we all got kicked from the server at the same time and couldn't get back in because the server apparently went down. :<

Also world server when I did Naxx last night too Bardlet. Gluth was like 15% and everyone crashed, but it went right back up about a minute later. Not sure what happened.

My big complaint for yesterday, and I've done it too, is people for rolling for "offspec" gear of what they're currently raiding in, but say it's for their mainspec. For example, a resto druid joins a group and says they're rolling for feral gear, even if there is a feral druid in the raid. Not only was this fine, but this fucking guy won EVERYTHING he rolled on last night and the raid lead didn't cut him off, when alot of the people in the run didn't get anything. I'm never going to do this again, it's so fucking frustrating.

I know the solution to this is to join a guild, and I was in a guild a while ago. It was one of the better Alliance guilds on the server, but due to drama it broke and then I didn't have the time to raid anymore so now I'm stuck with pugs for another month, and this is the kind of shit they have to deal with. Been doing weekly 25man hardmodes of everything...

no kologarn gun, or auriya bow or hodir/thorium skyforge crossbow

haven't had any luck getting in any of the 2 10man hardmode groups since it premade groups n all ;/

I'm pretty sure there isn't a tank out there that can out-threat focus fire with aoe effects alone. If it's a focus fire target, it should be actively tanked. Secondary and incidental mobs should have no problem holding up on aoe threat.

consecration and holy shield is almost always enough. hammer of the righteous makes it retardedly easy. Paladin has the best aoe threat in the game <_<; it's sortof their thing.

I think the point of the rant was that the mage was likely blizzarding the entire pack and getting crits, which a 5-man buffed pally can't out-threat unless he's in epics.

If a paladin can't hold hate from blizz alone, they're doing something wrong.

Double flamestrikes rolling with blizzard ok, you're allowed to lose hate after a few seconds.

Blizzard alone? Suicide is the only option.
