ok, fuck Sethria's Roost dailies. Yeah thanks for letting the behemoths hammer me with 40k damage boulders from a million yards away, when I"m not even on their threat table.

I like the lava bursters spew in the molten front, when im not paying attention and get hit by multiple ones for 50k a pop...fun fun.

it got pretty bad yeah, this time it was like 100x worse. one of our tanks up and left also and we just were in no position to compete for a top 20 anymore.

Quibble: Blizzard needs to dramatically improve the visibility of the little tornadoes that help you jump gaps during the flame runes daily in molten front. Spent a while herding all the mobs on my ass while I was looking for the eighth rune only to drop into the lava :/

I just swam to it last 2 times. You dont really need the tornado.

I'm sure in a week or two it'll be a cakewalk. Then again maybe not since you have to rely on more than just the tanks knowing what to do >.>

I loved tanking Occuthar. I don't have to do fuck all haha. Breezed it on my main and alt tanks.

But on Rogue, as I was combat, my aoe sucked ass, so I resorted to Blade Furrying only, but we had a weird setup which resorted to us wiping several times over. On the 2nd attempt with another group, we breezed it after I stressed when we stacked up we gotta get ready to move quick due to the Focus Fire.

I kinda feel the fight is unfriendly for hunters though. As mentioned on my first attempt I joined a guild group with 3 hunters lol which had trouble downing the adds in time.

Working on Shannox last night, had to pug 2, a Warlock and Cat Druid. Warlock knew what to do, but the Druid we eventually felt was an eBay/gold buyer account (loaded with 378 BoEs). He knew how to dps trash/big groups, but on Shannox he was only outputting 9k. After he apologise and told us he was new and stuff, we examined his damage and found out he was clawing and didn't know what Innervate was. As he was quite "behaved" otherwise no one really raged on him, we fixed him up a little which made us see his DPS jump 2k by explaining him the proper rotation. Regardless, we could've downed Shannox in one of our attempts pre-his DPS fix, we got Shannox down to 100k but wiped. If only he did 11k dps then and not 9k =(

I agree on the hunter bit, multi shot isnt viable at all in that situation and traps do absolute SHIT damage. Theres nothing else that can be done for us on that fight save for apparently fucking changing focus fire.

To be fair, eye isn't supposed to aggro anything, and the few times it does, last I noticed it did, all the enemy did was facepwn it and go back to ignoring everything, I guess Rhyolith encounter mechanics precludes that though

Bought a raid member (Also friend I like to think, not 100% sure) an obsidium cleaver, since he always shows up when he can and gives it 100% and hasn't seen a single drop since we started firelands and also before in hcs..

He sent it back, stating that he would get one or two from trash eventually and that the tanks can't keep threat off him already. Which is true I suppose but kinda sad for me too. Cause I stockpiled gold for legendary, then found out there's only small parts which actually need gold.
