These molten front dailies sure are fun and exciting with lots and lots of interesting mechanics that make me feel like part of what is going on...

I also like the part where the area changes as we push forward! I took the Forlorn spire and it was great, we had a foothold and there and pushed on....and the next day I got to take the spire again!!! Damn those elementals are really fast builders if they are able to rebuild that thing in a day.

dailies are piss easy if you do them right. Gather a shit ton of mobs inside and drag them to the friendly npc and watch them get torn down in seconds. On the "guide the windcaller" quest, just hug the left ledge and skip protecting his stupid ass.

At least the dailies are quick. Doing all 13 quests takes less time than doing Argent tournament dailies, or TB.

The spire things is stupid, and I wanted to complain about it. It's Warcraft, I don't mind if your enemy build shit fast, but the way it's reseted make it looks like you didn't do any progress. I wouldn't mind winning the quest one day, and seeing the enemy retakes it next....

I really dislike these dailies. I never minded the argent dailies but most of these suck ass and aren't immersive at all. Taking the spire everyday, doing the firewall everyday,one day u rescue an egg and the next get to do a bombing daily that's gonna make u cringe if u have to do it solo.

I noticed all the skeletons lol. Can still do it with ams or deterrence. There's a halfway point you can stop and rest and wait on CD. seems like a pain just to skip the quest but guiding a npc is still worse to me.

probably will have issues on certain fights like baleroc but otherwise ya. also depends on what healer he is paired with.

We'd have Holy Priest > Resto Shaman > Resto Druid. The Holy Priest is willing to go Disc.

I'm sick of trying to find a decent guild that runs raids during morning EST on NA servers. Blizzard-Korea won't let me make an account on a Korean server because I'm a foreigner here (accounts require KSSN, and foreigner numbers are easy to differentiate). Looks like it's time to give up on this game for now.

Need to vent on another PUG encounter lol.

Zul'Gurub, everything goes fine.. one shot all of the bosses. We get to the final one and the healer gets overwhelmed with adds, I personally ignored the adds and just killed the chains because warlock isn't the best for spike damage, especially as I was affliction at the time. So I mentioned this in the party and all of a sudden, the tank and healer jumps down my throat.

Saying Warlock is a useless class etc etc, I mentioned how I was topping everyones DPS on the other encounters (17-20k dps per boss and the others bearly 12-13k) and told them to get off my tits, then they start calling me a shit player, retard, ignorant and that my DPS was awful and that the tank was doing better than me, which was total bullshit because even the druids where above him, then one of the druids link recount on the first phase of the boss the part you have to stand in those bubbles to avoid that aoe that at the same time increasing my casting speed by a fuck ton, when I explain that I'm not going to shine in a 15% phase aswell as my casting speed doubled they started spraying more abuse at me.. all this just because I stated that warlock isn't the best class to control the adds especially compared to the 2 druids we had.

Anyways I just start laughing and told them to be quiet and lets just get this done cause they are fucking pricks, so I take it upon myself to attempt to control the adds, I do fine until the final chain when there is 3-4 adds coming from all directions so I just multi dot them up and run around like a mad man and we kill it.

I know I wasn't doing horrible DPS, and I didn't fuck up once, I know if that was the case they would of said all that shit ages ago.

So why do these people start throwing abuse the second something goes wrong? I know it was only pointed at me cause I actually mentioned that one DPS needs to focus/keep an eye on the adds. I know these people are just fucking nut jobs because they started on one of the druids once he said something..

Sorry, needed to vent lol.

Did abit of research, they are in the same guild, both next to no raid experience so I assume alts/shit players and both terrible characters names... Robinhoof and Shamydia.

Not saying they were good, but it's generally much easier to have everyone on the adds until all 3 bubbles are down. After that, the tank is free to grab them and kites everything, while dps toss aoe here and there to finish them off, while focussing on the chain.

Yeah I guess there is different ways of doing it, the way you suggest works fine of course but I wasn't the only person ignoring the adds lol all 3 of us where, I just automatically assumed the other guys knew what they where doing and maybe understood the game enough to know that a warlock isn't going to kill 5+ adds as fast as feral druids. But from now on I'll ask what the deal is before the pull to make things clear.

When I asked the tank why he thinks a warlock is better than 2 melee in this specific situation he said "melee takes loads of damage, your ranged just dot them and stfu" Insanely ignorant, forgot the fact that my dots will not kill them instantly compared to a feral druid using claw then ferocious bite (for example).

He also forgot that I cannot kite them around because I have to stay near the chains to assure I don't waste the mobs stomp thing, the druids could of popped into bear form, picked them all up and just aoe'd them down. When the healer got over ran the first time I shadowflamed them off of her and then died instantly, apprantly ranged take less damage.

But yeh I could get into it more but you guys get the point haha.

It's possible to kite the adds indefinitively on every class afaik, even if some have easier time. Realistically, its not possible to avoid every hits all the time, but you should always have enough room to try to.

The big guys jump 15sec after getting pulled, and a second time 30 sec later. Keep your teleport near a bubble, and take as much space as you need in the first 20 sec after the first jump. Considering you also have 2-3 sec to moves after you're targeted, there is no reason to idle too close most of the time..

As for melee, they will take crapload of dmg if they dont one shot them (which is often the case for dps that arent pulling 20k sec). It's not a reason to not fight them, but they are at least as likely to dies as anyone.

Dunno why, but this interview just reconfirm that healers are whinny bitches.
