Like FailureMidgard said somewhere about people needing stuff in LFR regardless, I did the same on Paladin.
I didn't know the game would give me role bonus on an Int trinket with a haste proc attached to it, activates when dealing damage (I was DPS)
I needed on it anyway, not caring much and actually won it due to role bonus, fuck me the amount of whispers I got after was insane lol
I then told everyone to shut up and that I'll give to the 2nd highest roller (instead of getting kicked/called out for ninjaing), and then I got a whisper saying "it's me" -- i traded to him, without checking, only to find that it wasn't, so I screamed in raid that he got it and lied to me, which diverted the swarm of angry raiders to him, lol
On second thoughts though, I could've used the trinket for healing, providing I holy shock the mob instead to trigger it, haha

I love leading LFR raids, once I found out the designated leader usually isn't willing.
I go in there, literally scream (in caps) some random bullshit like:
"GOOD JOB GUYS HIGH 5!!!!"
"LETS GOGOGO"
if someone asks for tacs and someone tries to explain, I just /rw he's trolling, lets go!!!!! and pull
---
Got called a racist when I made a macro for the black blob -- (we wiped; the macro said "BLACK!!!") -- changed my macro to "general skin colour of africans" and people were then confused (we wiped again lol)
I then changed it back to black and added "I'm not racist, Yor'sahj is!!! there's no White Blob!!!!")
---
I also scream "loot ban to all people who fail/die!!!" and people take me seriously, despite me not being able to control loot lol
Either way, leading flamboyantly seems to do the trick and my comments/macro/leading style is to bait people into rage.
Judgment would've triggered it too, I would imagine.
As for jumping, don't run while you're jumping, walk to edge, press jump button. I'll let you know later today when I do LFR (if people can fucking get there) to confirm 100%, but if it's anything like the wind things in molten front, running at them and jumping sometimes works, standing there and jumping always works.
Did you really have to quote that whole fuckin thing
Was quick reply, it added the quote in for me. Sorry for costing you an extra kb of data
When youre on tapatalk its annoying as fuck
Eh most people in there are helpless causes anyway, no use trying to correct them. But hey I do my job leading them good, at least it gets moving, rather than ready/checking per pull!
Crap I forgot!!! Should've kept itJudgment would've triggered it too, I would imagine.![]()
The best part about Raid finders is getting a bunch of people with /say macro.
Was gearing up my Shaman which needed one more itemlevel before being able to enter LFR, playing Resto in Hour of Twilight. Agil helm drops, no one else selected need so I need roll. Tank stops pulling and calls me out with "Your os is elemental why are you needing agil?" I assume he used that time to look at my battle.net char. So I told him I switched it to Elemental because I geared as Resto and needed to finish my Therazane quests. In the grand scheme of things it was much faster to just swap my enh spec to ele.
1 minute later I was kicked. Seriously, what kind of stuck up cunt boots people over 17 gold anyway? I wish there were some way to get back at these people, but there really isn't.
But on the bright side, that agility helm gave me the last point I needed and I flew through LFR hitting #2 healer on meter.
Rogue taking deathwings LFR bow over a hunter (the one that has a chance to do like 5-8K damage, no other stats).
I had a 391 lava bolt crossobow already so I didn't care too much, but the other hunter was raging so hard it was hilarious.
Dunno if the rogue did it just to see that guy rage... or he's just that bad (Like #18 on dps, and he never died) or both ;/
Rogues should be banned on rolling need on anything other than thrown weapons. Straight up.
Seeing the same person in a LFR group win the exact same token twice in a row is pretty bullshit too. Just wish there was a "fairer" way to ensure that stuff was distributed.
The locks just need to be more sophisticated. If you win a piece of loot in LFR, you should be locked out of that equipment slot, not just that boss's drop. I don't care if you won a tank weapon for offspec, you're not rolling need on that dps 2-hander.
after last night, i'm not doing spine of deathwing on LFR anymore. no matter how much i screamed at people, they kept killing anything that moved. good lord. i pray these people dont breed.
It took us 3 attempts on LFR, but it wasn't that hard.
And screaming mid fight rarely works, you have to give clear explanation before the fight...three step at most or people won't be able to follow.
[edit]
You don't need to kill 3 tentacles either, so just kill 1 if there is a few people who can't listen.
It would be a good idea.
Personally, I was thinking they could add a one-time +200 Need per raid lockout (not wasted if you lose). It would prevent loot whoring, but still give you a fair chance at loot. It would also make people think twice about the gear they need and don't need.
I was surprised how easy Fall of Deathwing was in LFR, went in with a mostly guild group though which made the IQ lvl not matter as much since we still had people doing stupid shit. Polearm dropped off Madness and I rolled on it as a DK and won it, so I could give it to the feral in our guild over hunters who rolled (thing has freaking armor on it)
Minor I suppose, but fuck I am annoyed that it is no longer possible to use Coilfang Armaments to assist with the CE rep farm. They still drop, there's just no quest anymore. I farmed a dickload of them today while also working on farming some pieces for transmog and was not pleased to find that the ability to turn them in was removed.
U sure about that? No reason for them to take it out. The npc doesn't have a repeat tag over their head, u just talk and trade. If its really taken out then report it something because it's a bug

The armaments still drop solely for the purpose of buying the cenarion salves.
You want to farm CE rep, you go farm ears in Borean Tundra
