All 3 items went to the lowest hunter, at 22k dps. He was in the new pvp gear.

I raged harder then I ever have, and his only response was yeah so what you beat my by a little dps on this fight, I'd own you in pvp.

Our main tank picked up some job where he doesn't know his schedule week to week. His wife is one of our raid healers, so I can only assume that eventually she'll lose interest. Now I have to shuffle 3 classes around and pick up another.

My realm is a bit slow when it comes to progression, I was really hoping we could get a realm first out of this patch. Doesn't look like it now.

This is my main rage concern with LFR. I tell me guild every fucking week, "hey let's do a quick guild LFR"

They all reply that "it's so easy, you can do with any pug, why bother?"

Why bother? It's always the guy who did the least dps, who often has an entire gear set ungemmed/unenchanted, or who is in half pvp gear, the one who often is dead before the end of the 1st phase, that it the person who gets every worthwhile piece of gear ~80% of the time

We're actually doing a guild LFR tonight for that reason. Going to funnel tier to our tanks for their 4pc set bonuses and get other people set bonuses w/o dealing with goddamn retards.

This is the reason I don't raid. Can't commit to it. I could try to get a certain day off every single week but as a supervisor I really need to be available 24/7 so I play on my own time.

I'm sure tons of GMs really appreciate the fact that you don't waste their time too. It's one thing if you work consistently on a raid day so I can plan around it, but if your schedule is constantly changing, then I can't really do much to plan ahead.

Another problem I'm having is that I hate recruiting from the general public. I really only like to recruit from friends or friends of friends.

I'd like to say "at least he was doing 22k dps" but with all the buffs in Madness I don't know how people can manage that. Then again in my first few attempts on Madness last week I saw a Lock manage to only do 13k dps and proceeded to call everyone retarded morons before leaving when the group we were in gave up.

Why bother? It's always the guy who did the least dps, who often has an entire gear set ungemmed/unenchanted, or who is in half pvp gear, the one who often is dead before the end of the 1st phase, that it the person who gets every worthwhile piece of gear ~80% of the time.

There will never be any "merit" based way of doing rolls in a LFR. Its the sad truth. Losing tier to the hunter who stood afk the entire fight did zero dps and came back just in time for rolls because you can't kick people during an encounter is bad.

Blizzard needs to do a few things to the LFR system in general. They need to prevent any player from queuing when their gear is unenchanted and ungemmed. The ilvl requirements take into account that these things are there and when they are not they should not be of the appropriate ilvl to queue. They need to give a "low" minimum dps and healing per role in order to be eligible for loot. I know you get ticked with the 22k hunter, but that is never going to be fixed. They need to fix the 100% afk players that do absolutely nothing to during an encounter from miraculously reappearing and obtaining loot. (As well as those people who purposely die).

Hate people who complain about me leading LFR on Yor'sahj:

My priority in LFR is as follows: Yellow > Purple > Black

I tell everyone, before pull, Green is harmless.

Yet when I call out the colours there's always some idiot questioning the fact: "wait green?!?!?! , and then override my decision and cause half of the raid to attack the green.

Warrior/shaman/hunter pieces every damn times in Dragonsoul so far, and we were getting that 90% of the time in fireland. Worst part is that we only have 1 shaman and 1 warrior, so every pieces are rotting already (unless you count the shaman dps offspec).

Not in LFR. Green means jack all as it does not splash in LFR. Healing in LFR can be pathetic though. The best order in my experience is Purple > Yellow > Blue. Killing Black makes stuff go faster, thats all. It is not dangerous at all. Yellow when paired with Green or Red increases the healing load and paired with Black makes him spawn 2 waves of adds instead of one.

Not many people want to kill Blue, but it does mean you will not have issues with the tank dying cause no one is paying attention to him when the OT doesn't taunt off and he has 7 stacks while the healers are OOM. LFR is about making sure you don't fail, while doing it as fast as you can. Making sure your healers don't have to stress themselves is the key in my mind. Especially since the average LFR healer is either undergeared, using pvp gear and running oom halfway into the fight, or are really Boomkin, Elementals or Shadows looking for a quicker queue time.
