it's near impossible to get PUGs on illidan without severely overgearing the content simply because there are so many people to choose from raid leaders can set their requirements really high and they'll always fill raids. Fake achievement addons are the way to go, been using it since WOTLK and never looked back

Whisper your average Ultraxion DPS instead of gears score and achievements. If that raid leader has half a brain, he should know that it's worth 10 times more than a random gear score. Also, giving a complete and honest answer always worked for me.

But what work the best is making your own raid. It increase the success rate of the run by like 50%, and it's generally faster than camping trade chat.

I don't feel confident running a raid and knowing when and who to call out that's fucking up, I rather just let someone else do it.

Also I would whisper my Ultra dps but I have yet to do a non LFR kill on any boss so I don't want it to be inflated because of the buffs or because its 25 man.

I'll prolly go with the fake achievement thing for now. I got my fangs this morning and am sitting at 381ilvl with my shitty blue trinket and 359 helm weighing my ilvl down.

What's considered good to great dps for ultraxion in 10man? I barely raid anymore so I don't really have much to go on.

I guess it can be a bit of a pain to run a pug if it's your first time, but it's worth the hassle every other runs.

Raid leading isn't about pointing out mistakes, it's too late when they happen, it's about making sure that everyone is on the same wavelength before the encounter, and reading DBM warning out loud for players who have attention deficit.

In fact, I don't think I linked a single achievement in 4.3 because fuck that shit, it's a pain in the ass. Many RL makes an armory checks anyway.

Raid couldn't down Hagara or Vor'Sashj this week on heroic, struggled on Morchok which we have been downing for 3 weeks, then we proceeded to wipe to stupid ass shit on Spine and Madness, and lose a tank on Ultraxion and Warmaster (those 4 on normal not heroic). Makes me feel not bad at all for scheduling classes on 2 out of the 3 nights we raid, since we cant accomplish anything and its a waste of time.

Fix fucking Rhyolith for the love of god blizzard. It's really annoying to have him go friendly in second phase...

And now im locked out of Firelands too, my portal is stuck on heroic mode, so I cant zone in, even when the group swaps back to heroic mode, or goes to regular mode, nothing works. Jesus christ.

Have a rogue vanish reset him or have a hunter FD reset him, works like a charm to fix it

When I'm tanking and someone CCs I make sure it's the target I attack first (even if it means I need to taunt the other mobs because I've ignored them)
