NPCScan and the guys who seem to be able to see Putridus from Dalaran are seriously starting to annoy me. Only need Putridus and Vyragosa for Frostbitten, so far I've been outclaimed three times on the former. What is this, FFXI?
Putridus's range is retarded. NPCscan triggered in Borean Tundra for me the other day..which is like half of continent away from ICC.
What ultimately annoys me is that the game makes it stupidly easy(compared to FFXI -- walk to a BCNM right?) to get anywhere already.I got used to FFXI's "punishing" which carried over to WoW and now I find it way too easy/simple to do anything as older content doesn't really require strategy and getting anywhere especially with mass summon is easy enough already.I wish my guild was more into alts and running more content - Seems like a ghost town outside of normal raid times :/
Even offering a free 22 slot bag from Onyxia (which I solo weekly) isn't enough to get anyone to sit there with me (which I am secretly using them to speed up phase 2) and they complain about prices of Embersilks lol

Blood DK -- http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/characte...chdev/advanced
Go in, pound her down into Phase 2
When phase 2 comes, set her on focus (I make a macro which makes my Death Coil hit my focus target only), get rid of the whelps as soon as possible (roll cooldowns -- I go Icebound when they're all grouped finally, then Vamp Blood and Draeni racial healing, then dancing rune weapon - they don't hurt too much as long as you keep death striking)
http://www.wowhead.com/item=77210 is INCREDIBLY helpful (infact this item is a godsend for anyone fighting trash in old instances) - when it procs, especially at beginning of phase 2, it will bring all whelps to below 50%. Then when it procs again they're pretty much dead.
Dump Outbreak on her -- kill the big add that comes as soon as possible (200k), then the whelps
Death Coil Onyxia and follow her around and lay death and decay where possible
This phase can take up to 5 minutes sometimes but with practice it'll be slightly lower
Phase 3 starts and pound her.

Having even 1 ranged person to help that can sustain themselves is a big help if you 2 can agree on mount rules, otherwise I go alone to prevent any arguements.
All my credit towards the dungeon item achievement for Darkmoon faire has been wiped again..AGAIN. Second fucking time now and I was told after the first it had been fixed, this time I lost credit for a Treatise that I ended up paying 3k for because they never drop.
Try to buy everything near the end of the previous month (25th). Unless someone is controlling the price of treatise, they should drop pretty low now (lowest was 400-500g).
Biggest recent complaint: My guild is starting to waver in its commitment to raiding. I saw it coming, but we've had one full 397 pally healer ragequit because of a personal problem with one of our hunters (Despite being IRL friends) and our raid leader instalogged in a huff after our Madness kill last night because another healer called her out on doing 36k dps WITH DRAGONWRATH AS ARCANE MAGE during that encounter.
We can do heroics but I fear we've hit the ceiling of what the existing talent in our roster is capable of. And that saps morale and drive to progress harder than anything else in the game.
We've had problems like that for months now and have been rotating people in and out. We had a holy paladin ditch us late in firelands cause he had all his gear and didn't feel like "farming content anymore" even though several people still needed some loot and like 3 of us had been farming it and lootcapped long before him. Then his friend a holy priest randomly left one day during dragon soul... then our shadow priest just vanished. Then we log on one day and see our replacement holy paladin who we had for a couple months in a new guild. Then our dps DK's sub time ran out and he didn't re-sub.
We've been constantly powerleveling, RAF'ing, and gearing out friends that we play other games with (mostly competitive cod teammates and hon players) just so we have a full group, and we still don't. Think we are shy one spot. Our one healer has become flaky due to his girlfriend, and we just got 2 new 85s last week that we're hoping to bring with us this upcoming raid week.
We did madness on Wednesday with a ret paladin in greens and blues...
For mists I'm going back to a healing role, they are just too hard to replace and cost us raids. It's always healers we lose too. We're also probably going back to 25mans, that way when we lose 1 person or 1 guy can't make it it doesn't cost us a raid night. Sad cause I've been dpsing since being in a top 100 guild in wrath, and have always been top two on meters across a couple different classes. Gonna miss it, but I'll just have to suck it up.
Haven't decided on priest or paladin yet, the dps offspec is really whats going to make the decision for me.
We're having issues as well with the nerfing of Dragon Soul. No one wants to put in the effort on bosses when they know the encounters will be nerfed again, so they half-ass it and figure "Eh, we'll get it when its nerfed".
It's just like ICC all over again, until the nerf is complete most people arn't going to waste a ton of time attempting bosses because they figure the effort isnt worth it when it will be much easier in X weeks. Doesn't help burnout is starting with Dragon Soul as well, especially knowing we still have a TON of dragon soul left and we're 5/8 now.
Hah I remember that. Got to LK Heroic in 10 at a 5% buff or so, but nobody wanted to work on the fight after the first few pulls.
We didn't end up going back until after the 30% buff hit, killed him in 2 pulls.
The amount of moron in instances is amazing. Running shit on my prot warrior in the mid 40's and I get into a group. I say "brb really fast" and get insta-kicked which is lol because I have insta-queues so whatevs. Next group the hunter keeps pulling shit and messing everything up. I mean, I could handle it but it's ruining my groove, so I leave that group whenever he makes us wipe and I refused to cattle everything up. Next group is just as bad.
Didn't have any issues with groups until today. Mabye cause it's sunday... no idea. guh.
Healers that think they're special little princesses in HoT heroics and that I can't just ignore their presence entirely as a Blood DK? Specifically WoT, where the only not-soloable fight is... the first felguard -maybe-?
Siniroth: I don't get what you mean, as a Blood DK ... you mean chain pulling and not needing a heal? Or ...
Koul: don't worry, low level instances are like that, is it your first time through the game? You get all these impatient people who has multiple 85s and if you're not chain pulling it's simply not good enough. Wait until you get to 60 when the fresh DKs will Death Grip anything they can!
I'm leveling a paladin as prot right now, I've stopped telling people to let me pull, and instead just let them tank whatever they pull and I keep going.
Ya that's the best attitude to have in my opinion, keeps the group smooth and rolling, as long as you're able to handle it of course (and the healer).
At high levels/heroics, players should be aware that a mob can 3-4 shot them if they're not careful, so that behaviour disappears by then.
When I tank instances I still let people who pull shit tank it till they die or I get it back in AoE situations. Obviously I can't dump max threat on 5+targets as I can on a single target boss, especially when the hunter isnt MDing me, so if that ret pally or rogue wants to go full out on the 1 mob I havnt tabbed to yet, and wasnt marked with a skull, then he can tank it.
Naw, I have a few lvl 85's already and I'm pimped out in BoA gear so I go crazy fast/chain pull. Which is why it was irritating me so much :E we were in the hallway of the human base in strat and I'd pull a group, the hunter then went shot 3 other groups and went into a freakin room and pulled that group. all it would take would be a thunderclap and they'd all be on me but I was just not in the mood for shenanigans. I was moody/hungry from work though so my tolerance was low
when I got kicked from another group I queued as a dps to see the wait time. with a healer in the group it was still a 10min wait. switched to tank and ding! group. lolol
@Meresgi: I'll usually let them die too. dumbass dps drive me bonkers
As in, most of it I can do without a healer even with no extra dps helping, healer had to go afk (but didn't just go, just complained that I wouldn't stop pulling despite not needing to), ended up just not healing me (still healed the others and himself), was more randomly annoying as he could have gone afk and done his shit and came back and stuff would have been easier.
