I got my 6k valor quest done last week finally lol, and still haven't bothered to go out and mindlessly grind shit for revered, even though it is like an hour or 2.

I'll finish my 6k this week as well, and I fear doing that last grind for revered, because my guild is actually on a hitlist for alliance players on our server, as a few of our guys are rather... active in the pvp aspect, so they stalk that area looking for us. It's going to take forever unless roll with a group of 5+

lol I went out to do it last night, was grinding on the horde battlefront...

mage tries to gank me while I've got like 20 non-elite mobs feeding me vengeance and death strikes... doesn't end well for him

swap to pvp gear and fix my bindings

lock shows up and gives it a shot... gets smashed

another mage shows up and tries... was absolutely turbl so yeah easy kill

The 2 mages, the lock, and a new guy, a ret pally, all come at me at once... got the pally down but ran out of shit before I could get the others lol

It's funny cuz on KJ for the most part they leave you alone once you establish that you can defend yourself... but I guess people just rreeeeeeeeally don't like getting killed by blood dk's lol.

I don't do a lot of pvp at all, so if anything, I'll leave and come back later, or just wave to them and go about my business. but if they decide to gank me, i'll switch to destro and feed them a few chaos bolts. nobody likes chaos bolts.

KJ has a lot of good WPvP for the most part, hanging out in Pandaria it's easy to get into a massive battle with the opposite faction, hell, we have city raids at least once a week. Lags the absolute fuck out of the server but usually a good time. I'm not sure if other servers are quite as good in regards to WPvP. I think our factions are pretty well balanced so it keeps it fun.

we're heavily horde favored, but the alliance pvp guilds tend to hunt us a bit more than anyone else, aka wait around raid entrances at our raid times to try to pick us off before we enter

yeah I actually feel bad for one guy that left our raid for legit reasons, was one of the top parsing bm monk anywhere with me setting him up for max vengeance, his new guild he's sitting out half the fights and the only one he's getting good logs on now is protectors cuz it's the only solo tank fight he's in for

and he actually chose to move to another that was 15/16 instead of moving up, which he definitely could have with his logs

Tried destro and demo spec on PTR, will most likely go Destro+Aff, playing demo again has reminded me how boring it is. Demo is just too slow for me, I'm really not a person who can wait 2 sec doing nothing while waiting for my cast to finish.

Also, Demo stat priority is all sorts of fucked up right now, hopefully blizz fixes this, cause there is no way I'm playing demo if I have to sim my stat weigh for 20 minutes everytime I get new gear.

i specced into demo to try it out, and absolutely hate it. prolly gonna be aff+destro, but my fear is that destro still isn't going to get the buff it needs to be competitive.

Patch 5.2 adds a new system for sharing the new Rare Spawns to the game, which increases the maximum health of the NPC when you help to attack, and gives you a separate chance at loot.

Anyone on the PTR played with this to see if it's trollable? Roll up with 5 other people on some guy you dont like, smack his rarespawn he's killing and now it has 10x as much hp and then just watch him die to it?

Last ever Elegon puts out.

So we raid roll, a DK that's been in the guild all but 2 weeks and JUST passed his trial wins. Everyone is in good spirits about it even dropping but during will the winner announces on Vent that he just remembered he isn't exalted with Cloud Serpent AFTER using it. Our raid leader is a female mount fanatic and her reaction was fucking priceless he also has a month to get exalted or he's being demoted looool. I guess she assumed everyone is exalted with them and I would do as well the rep has been around for 5 months after all >_>

Yeah, no one really cared it's really easy to reach exalted now the eggs are probably untouched at the right hour, it angered her a bit cause like I said she is absolutely bat shit crazy about mounts. She'll get over it when dinosaurs start dropping next week haha.

So, I blew through a bunch of spirits, herbs, and gold to get a full deck of Tigers cards and grabbed the strength Relic of Xuen.

My DK had some valor, but my Monk was capped so I decided to upgrade it on my Monk and mail it back to my DK. I've done it on the BoA inscription staffs, so no problem, right? If upgrading it would make it soulbound, certainly I'd see that friendly pop-up warning me of such a thing, and I'll abort and send it back to the DK.

Now I've got a soulbound STR trinket on my Monk, and I'm out 750 valor, as there was no message.

Fuck fuck fuck.
