Could always level on timeless isle.

Not sure that tactic would work for a warrior since it's way harder to kite out of poison spit range, unless he's going to kill baby turtles all day, instead.

Should be doable as prot. Might need some blue gear at 85 though.

Like 250xp if i remember right.

I hate when people post videos of stuff like the above. That method is now worthless since every mouthbreather and their mother will be spamming it now. Since I found out about it before others did, I was able to get my warlock 5 levels in about...3hours doing that. Pop a bunch of the temp buffs and spam dots. Amazing exp. Like 1 full bar per pack.

Rares do give xp but it seemed to fluctuate based on how many people were wailing on it. I took my DK there for a little while before she hit 90 and only really got a little bit of xp before I went back to questing because I found out I couldn't open any of the chests until 90. (Lame, btw.)

I was thinking of joining a rep farm group but getting xp that way would have been just as slow as the fucking rep grind is.

So yeah, I just went back to questing.

So this isn't really a complaint per se, just nowhere else that this really fits and I thought it was hilarious.

I was running my alt account through BC dungeons yesterday on my main and some 90 Pally came down and one-shot her, then attacked me, realized I wasn't dead and that I was going to fight back (with at least 100k more health than he has) and he ran into one of the dungeons to save himself. Guess he didn't expect one of us to be 90 instead of 60 and didn't exactly pay attention to what he was targeting.

I laughed really hard and then made fun of him in general chat. Pretty much perpetuates the belief that people who prey on the lower levels are terribad at PvP. Pussy.

When I switched to DK for cata, I went mining on my 80 pally one time, some 85 dk tried to kill me to take a node... and I killed him.

Then it happened again, with the same guy, lol.


So he got an 85 mage to come help him out. I couldn't quite kill 2 of them on my pally, so I ran out there on my dk so I'd have a chance to 1v2 them... aaaaand they ran.


After chasing them for a while they disappeared, I figured they ported out so I jumped back on my pally to mine some more... and they immediately reappeared, with a third person lol.

Nah, we make dk horde alts and kill our friends alts in stv all the time. Ended up spending a few hours doing it the other day as a group, was a blast. World pvp used to be one of the best parts of this game and now it's almost entirely gone or forced. So many servers are so one-sided now balance wise it's rare to see the other faction, gotta take what you can get.

I don't know anyone that runs, I kill the lowbie hoping the 90 shows up. Then again I'm not shitty.

Maybe it's a server or (battlegroup) thing but I never see people run in general.

I see it all the time. It's been especially noticeable to me lately since I've been leveling my alt account through BC (and finally got to Northrend, fuck you Outland for being slow and painful) and I've seen it a bunch of times, people one-shotting my alt then bitching out when I bring my main around.

i have 675k hp unbuffed in dps gear, frost spec, frost presence, i don't even have to actually attack people for them to run lol

did they get rid of DR on CC's or something...? inb4 playbetter but how do you pvp as a healer in this game. relvling priest only lvl 74 but good fucking god I can't do shit. is it even fun at 90 or does it somewhat lvl out with pvp gear

CC in PvP is godawful right now. I haven't done any real PvP in a while but I just got tired of the stun/sap/banish/fear/fear/stun/shadowlock/omgwtfwhyisthissilencelastingforanhour/dead crap.

My main complaint is coin farmers, I really don't like being attacked by my own faction personally, but what I hate more than that is all of the QQers in general chat bitching because they got killed, newsflash fucker you're on a PvP server.

Also it pissed me off that last night I was fighting this Alliance Druid and this Troll Hunter killed me, dude, at least target the Alliance first. I miss faction loyalty.

Timeless Isle, with the Censer of Eternal Agony. On PvP realms it will allow one to target one's own faction as well.

sad part is having already killed it on 25 (but not server first) and having better gear, they've been working on 10 man the whole time we have and we still almost got it
