Was about to ding 80 on my Shaman (despite the fact i've been d/cing constantly due to shitty internet) when my laptop dies on me. FML.

My complaint: I'm pretty much terrible at this game since I can't remember my own abilities. I was lookin through my spellbook and I was like "Oh hey whats blood boil do again?" and then I was like "Wat..... Onyxia here I come" and then did like 10k dps during ony10. I know it's ony and yeah whelps, but I still can't believe I forgot about blood tap all the times I did ony

. I could prolly push 12k dps if I wasn't being (more) stupid QQ

but yeah, 90% of WoW is knowing what you can do

It amuses me greatly that he's offhanding it for a blue weapon. And by "amuses me greatly" I really mean "makes me want to hang myself".

Since I've only been in my new guild for a day, they decided to have me sit out on their first few shots at Heroic 25 Twins.

They get it in 2 attempts, and the dagger drops... with no rogues in raid.

Sad face.

This. The design philosophy is to make the stuff easy, they want to make content for most of their player base, not 4% of it.

My complaint: The ramp up of stats for Outland/Northrend. PvP is great fun the majority of the levels until you get to these brackets and anyone in the top two levels completely destroys everyone else in the BG.

Never been a part of ninja'ing in a pug before this week and have had it happen twice in the past 2 days so far. Both times were partial guild pugs that I will avoid from now on. Are there any server forums where there are lists of guilds to avoid for this kind of thing?

Im pretty sure people go raging on the official forums about these kind of things. I know our server have a seperate one, should be linked from the officials tho.

I was responding to Arv's prayer that ICC normal modes be tightly tuned. A futile wish any way you slice it but hey one crazy normal mode boss besides Arthas can be wished for right? Right?

One of the first times we did ToC25 with the guild we used to run 25's with, Blade of Tarasque dropped. Obviously, every offensive spellcaster in the raid rolled for it.

In the end (we ran loot council, and on that run, none of our officers were on said council...), they gave it to someone's Warlock alt who was like, last on the Damage/DPS list in hopes it would improve her performance.

We stopped running with them after that.

EDIT: Also, WTF. That guy's sporting greens and blues, and gets into Ony10/25 PUGs, while my well-geared and well-played Druid and Priest can never get into a PUG for them for crap. I hate my server sometimes.

They could actually tune either normal mode plague twin to be a Heigan-esque retard check to keep the worst PUGs out of ICC, from the videos I've seen. Being the 2nd bosses in the instance I'm all for such a design.

Yeah, if they're going to do a retard check it needs to be early. Putting them late in the run can potentially waste a lockout on bad pugs

Bumped from raid again for not one, not two, but THREE new recruits. And not just new like they've been around and guild just wants more face time...these guys applied TODAY.

Three weeks in a row now, only raiding I've gotten to do is a free for all run on ulduar 10 because nobody fucking shows up after they blow through toc/ony 25 on the first 25 night.

And they tell me I need to get better gear to start looking at ToGC.

NO SHIT SON, now what the fuck am I supposed to do about it, because pugging is either scrub city or happens too late at night for me to even consider it. Daily heroic only gets you so far.

Anybody want a feral tank/dps? Figure I'll start looking now since I'd be really surprised if things are any different next week whatsoever...
