Why doesn't my aoe do that, I didn't lag d/c+die like the top 2 dps (which are both dk's) and my aoe was hitting them all also.. qq

blizz nerfed volley so dam hard back in the days... its still crappy even ;/
kilcrazed was unholy, zetsu was frost but he was lagging worse then killcrazed

You can avoid it entirely. His hitbox is big enough that you can melee him from > 15 yards away. Maintaining that position requires about a second of tapping strafe but that's infinitely better than spending 3 seconds running back to him 6 times during the fight.

Just thought I'd come back and say holy hell, this works amazingly. I need to bring it up in guild discussion so we can get others on board with it.

notice he's dead on my grid like mod there also, and onyxia is over 50% hp...

by the end he has beaten the 2nd highest dps by about 18,000 dps and over 5,000,000 damage...

we were goin for the many whelps achievement btw.. but dam does that show how badly nerfed hunter aoe is qq

Ok so you have a ton of extra whelps which kind of makes a lot more sense as far as dps. How many extra whelps does that achieve actually add, is it like double or more the whelps?

I'm relatively sure it's either exactly double or slightly above.

I usually get to around 40k dps on rogue before I die. Everyone lags out except me and I dont get heals or taunted off or anything.

every single whelp on left/right side from the entrance -> to where you can run out + what ony spawns.

still kind of scary how much damage he did/had in the possible 5-10seconds he lived. I was still alive using my aoe as I watched people die all everywhere.

Your server can't pug ony25 very well or do you just have bad luck?

server doesn't/can't pug it. toc 10/25 ony and uld25 are not ever pugged. This was a total fluke.

Random Complaint. My guild is having terrible terrible luck with 2h weapon drops we have 2 ret pallys and a warrior still using Edge of pain because ony wont put out (or anywhere else). I feel bad for them, but when i do a ony on my alt pally i get the 2h sword from her... and when they do a alt Totc10 man they get the tanking sword =(

getting annoyed at my 25 man group as a hybrid lol...

I run prot main, holy off for 10's... they want me as ret main for 25's... and holy off.


It would be ok, I really wouldn't mind the respeccing, just keep a holy spec and switch prot and ret...

Except that ret glyphs cost about 60g. So it's 110g for the ret respec, then about 75 to go back to prot.

writing the actual macro took 5 sec, and finding the icon that match the skill took 5 min. >.>
