We're definitely not renaming the guild because we love our guild name, and sure - it's not expensive to set up a new website. It is, however, annoying to lose all our old forum posts because nobody has access to the admin panel or server cpanel to backup the database. It's annoying to have to find a new domain name because nobody has access to the registrar to change the nameservers or create a forward. It's annoying to have to ask everyone to sign up all over again, etc etc etc etc.

Really, I'm just pissed at how the leadership all just up and left us. I understand the need to GTFO and quit and just leave, but even when I up and suddenly left FFXI, I made damn sure to wrap up my business before logging out for the last time.

Everyone QQing about prot paladins being overpowered in PvP. I'm geared, I'm not OP. A number of classes can do VERY well against me if they know what they're doing, to the point where I really have to get lucky they don't know exactly what they're doing when facing me.

it's getting harder even in bg's as people figure out how to play against it, a few weeks ago I was still eating druids up, now I generally can't even score a kill on a priest without another dps or at least a healer with an offensive dispel helping me

i'd think about 90% the people in a BG have no idea how their class works, or its a bot.

I've only ran into 1 bot thought thats pretty well programmed.

auto dismounts when I dismount... spams explosive shot on anything I attack + sends out pet.

remounts when I do.

uses feign when at red hp, when out of combat uses bandages (although if I move, it interrupts bandaging because he auto follows as close as possible)

anyway...

I've had trouble killing only ... druid lately 1vs1... again, disc/holy/prot+holy spec just take a little extra time but can usually down 1vs1 in under 30 sec atleast... still takes about 4-5 the others on 1 healer (if they even know what 1 looks like) to kill one.

Not even sure if his guild has cleared Yogg, there are still bits of loot in Ulduar that are really good though.

So updates and patches are coming faster then they ever did in the past and it's still not fast enough?

Wait till you guys get a load of the wait between 3.3 and the next major content release, being cataclysm. BT > Sunwell > Nerf > WOTLK were a blast and a half of a wait.

The worst part was 3.0 honestly. You had Naxx and some single boss raids. If you got an alt to 80 you still only had Naxx and single boss raids. It's better now because if you get an alt to 80 Naxx/OS/EoE aren't nearly as annoying and can even be fun since you're not already clearing them once a week in a few hours. That's what killed my guild. We did 3 raids a week at 4 hours a night in BC, get to WotLK and we're clearing all content in less than 4 hours on a single night by February and for two months we had only one raid night. And we were a casual guild of old people, only about half of us capable of being in fairly serious guilds. I can only imagine how bored the pro players were, heh.

Could be worse, or equally worse. Had a DK outroll roll my hunter on an agi cloak on a ToC25 PUG. Another DK rolled an another agi-related item later in the raid.
