I have a 245 cloak from 25-man Jaraxus!

Yeah I want that Jaraxxus cloak. So hot. We had one drop Wednesday but I lost it to one of our Warriors (who tanks more often anyway).

Definitely agree on the tank cloaks though, they don't get much love

Unfortunately my 25 man group has forced me into offspeccing holy for it, which means all the tanks, and all the people that offspec tank get shit first.


So my only options until like 8 jara cloaks drop (at which point they'll stop dropping-- when I finally got to where I'd get to roll on a JV if it dropped, it stopped, after about 5 straight weeks of it dropping) are to get from pug/gdkp uld25's (read: firefighter = lolno), or pray for insanity tank cloak to drop and not get outrolled.

Our 10 man also has retarded luck on tank drops in general, after however many weeks now we've had no bracers, no neck, no boots, no insanity cape or tribute mace, 1 ring, 1 chest, 2 shields (one of which became my pvp shield), and finally 2 anub swords the last 2 weeks.



But hey, at least royal seal dropped for us this week.

I think your first mistake is in assuming there's a 'wow community' to begin with. It's just a bunch of guys nerdraging on the Internet, except this time it's about WoW instead of Pokemon, or X-Men Comics. What you are running up against is Entitled Nerd Mass Hysteria. Go read some threads on NeoGAF and relax.

I've been trying to get groups for my Mage alt for over a week, now. I've soloed all I can; http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=13346 and http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=13337 have completely gated me out of the rest of the quests in Icecrown.

I think your first mistake is in assuming there's a 'wow community' to begin with.

WoW Community is childish & retarded because of how much you can accomplish in the game being childish & retarded.
Can't wait to see people farming heroics in lv226+ gear and still wipe to Black Knight phase 2. Or refusing to do achievements because those might be too stressful on their brain and "I only want badges".

Am I the only one who REALLY needs a triple spec? since I switched from prot pve+ret pve/pvp to prot pve/prot pvp I've been wanting to go back to ret so bad, but can't due to it being an inferior pvp spec unless I was doing something terribly wrong on ret pvp.

I obviously like being a tree.

I need a tree PvP spec for arena.

I need a kitty spec for solo farming.

if you are at all serious about arena & raiding you are really boned for much else. I'd love to have a tank spec but i run an unholy arena and raid dps spec that are drastically different so it's a no-go atm. wtb tri spec!

Absolutely agree.
Right now, I have to suffer the annoyance of respec/glyph when I want to try some other side of my own character, and I can't understand why. In TBC you just had to pay for talent points but the whole glyphs part is the most bothersome right now.

Specs should work like bank slots eventually. Make them super expensive or anything

I'd have to pay 1k gold per week or more for respecs/reglyphing if I were to actually use my prot, ret and protPVP specs. pally glyphs cost a ton and I don't have a scribe high enough D; but I switched to a ret spec that I'm gonna try for pvp that is acceptable for pve as well now. but man would I love a third spec ;;

I run ret main holy off for 25's, doing togc so have to be set up right for both.

I run prot main holy off for 10's.

I run a holy pvp spec, and a prot pvp spec.


If I could set up:

Prot main
Holy off1
Ret off2
PvP off3...


I'd probably still change my pvp spec around semi-often.

Helping a friend who just hit 80 grind emblems and pugged 2 DPS and they got all kinds of pissed off when I kicked them after the first run because the paladin was consecrating every mob (not tanking) and doing really shitty DPS, and the warlock was wearing the most hilarious gear I've fucking seen and pulling a massive 890 DPS. Fuck why can't this just be simple.
