I don't stay in raids where the loot rules aren't clarified before the first boss pull.

Loot rules were clarified he just forgot to turn group loot off cause hes a fucking tard.
Doesn't matter too much though, pretty sure my weapon is on par with that sword anyway (according to rawr anyway, even though my weapons dps is only 212).
random complaint: heroics - that is all.
conquest from bosses just makes better geared idiots, tank that cant hold threat for shit, idiots overaggroing saying im not healing them enough (i've burned through all my cds keeping the tards alive) i would give up but my paladin needs gear to run toc for free loots. i think ive honestly given up my healing pally.
Get friends to carry you.
Fury warrior who couldn't break 3k dps wins a trophy and justicebringer... rolling a 96 to my 94 on the axe. RNG always favors bads. True story. I will win nothing in this ToC pug.
edit: Tied with a 97 on another trophy. Lost the reroll. At least I knew I knew going into the reroll that I wouldn't win it lol...
Joined a ToC 25 on my warlock, which hit 80 3 days ago. Got removed when they looked at my gear, which isn't that bad, I have a green +hit trinket and a blue wand, but everything else is epics, I have the Ony head quest ring, lots of 219/226 stuff and some ToC reg epics in other slots. I went to test out my DPS on the heroic training dummies in Org, did 3600 DPS with an unholy DK supplying the +13% magic damage taken debuff for me (just by chance and not always up) and not popping trinkets/racial and such. Had two friends in the raid and the raid wiped on Beasts AND had about 5 people below 3500 DPS raid buffed.
Yeah, that gear checking thing is working out so well for you people...
People still don't want fresh 80's walking in and taking gear from their mains. I'm in the same boat on warrior, just hit 80 a couple days ago and pulling rediculous dps compared to these other shitties.
Gear doesnt mean skill, sure, and I've been removed for my gear too, but I've made up for it by making the groups myself or just putting up on meters.
Beasts is a poor measure of dps. But yes, a lot of people fail anyways with their gear.
I pulled 2nd highest dps in every fight in my toc25 pug this week and i've still to have yet win a single item in toc25 ever. No gear, no orbs, no trophies, nothing. Death's choice even dropped too T_T
Living on a backwater server it really dosn't matter, just trying to gear my pally out before ICC and then im gonna faction change to a server where i know shit is pugged well and i could likely get a decent raid guild as a tank. i stopped gearing as a tank a while ago and its mostly in naxx 10 gear but with emblems i suppose it wont be too hard to gear. its a shame, since i did enjoy healing as a holy pally once, when people wern't as stupid.
Why are you guys goin to pugs where people can get more than one piece of main spec gear, I mean theres 25 people fair is fair. I pug 25man every week, first rule is one main spec item per person. everyone agrees or gets the fuck out. you get something and bounce you dont come back, been doin it for like 2 months.
Yay for not being able to get Pilgrim meta because I can't get enough turkey shooters before the event ends. I did everything but shoot a troll rogue, fuck this.
The ironing is delicious.
Far as complaints go, the wee starter-up guild I was in broke earlier this week when the Guild Lead decided he couldn't be arsed and jumped ship to another guild. He made sure to take the whole bank with him too.
Not even offended at the fact he left since we barely even did 5-Man HCs, the bank was filled with normal mob drops, and it was pretty obvious it was going nowhere but at the fact he bailed without a single word.
Cunt dumped lead on me since I was the only other person on and I got the fallout bullshit too.
Now I need to find a new guild before I get bored of waiting for PuGs or farming.
I hate 1 main spec per person. I see a ton of people passing on medium upgrades because the gear they really want just happens to drop later on in the instance so those items that are passed go to offspec people. I would prefer a 2 main spec max system (which would allow people to get the earlier smaller upgrades while still being able to get the gear they want later on) but that doesn't exist so I still think just rolling on all mainspec upgrades is better than just 1 item per person. Sure someone may come out with 3 items because they had good rolls but rolling is random and therefore fair so you are as likely to be on the good end of luck as you are to be on the bad end.
25M group I go with does one main spec per person aswell, but to eliminate the issue you brought up about offspecing, the raid leader takes loot no one rolled and rolls them out after Valks and before Anub. That way people who were holding out for Death's Verdict, but didn't win/didn't drop can still roll on something that dropped earlier. Loot resets at Anub so everyone can again win one main spec item. Crusader Orbs are rolled out after the entire instance for people who didn't get anything at all.
There's only been one run I went to that I hadn't gotten anything, cashed out ever since. I like it.
There just aren't enough drops in ToC10/25 to support two need rolls per player. Naxx? Sure. Uld25? Yeah. Icecrown Citadel? Probably. But a 5 boss instance? Hell no.
Tonight's complaint: Having to convince people after two wipes that I know what I'm talking about.
"There's a bugged snowbold still in the instance, we have to exit then soft reset"
'Why? I just killed it, just go go pull again.'
<insert firey deaths here>
Seriously just do GDKP.
Once you run a good one you're hooked. At this point you almost never see a pug on BR that's *not* gdkp.
I'm nowhere near rich enough for GDKP. Across my characters I have...13k gold total?
And this was just a shitty pug since the guild that lets me tag along every week is largely out of town for thanksgiving.
That's definitely enough. Gear you want can go for 100g if you're lucky. and if someone outbids you; more money for you. We even had a Death's Choice go for 6.5k the other week. (I didn't have money to outbid, but the guy had like 60k on that character so I don't think I stood a chance anyways lol)
