Yes! Let's do 10man Deathwhisper (as an unexperienced guild) with a barely getting 2k dps warlock without enchants or gems as the only caster dps! even when we had one of our priest switch to shadow and doing 2x his dps it took way too long to get the phys immune adds down because that shitty warlock didn't even bother attacking those adds \o/.

No wonder most of the good raiders already moved to other guilds for raids. Still its so very sad to see how lax or lazy most (casual?) players are when it comes to raids thinking they can be carried all the way by the people who actually give a shit and put some effort into what they do. Heck, in 2 months time I'm "better" then over half of the guild :/

It's shit like that that made me leave my old guild. Most of them where lovely people who I'm still friends with but the other half are proper lazy shit bastards. They want the benefits of being in a casual raid guild without having to put in any of the effort. Moved guild about 6 months ago and I've never been happier with my raiding peeps. Even the worst players here are almost as good as the best people from my old guild.

@less-rabi: I got mine by having all 5 members go dps. Healer isnt needed, tank can tank it fine in dps gear. It shouldn't live long enough to do any real damage. As a DK, mind freeze was enough to stop the first transform, and strangulate stops the 2nd. basically you want dps to be high enough that it doesn't get a chance to get off the third attempt at transforming. if it even attempts it, your dps isnt high enough.

edit: also, army of the dead on less rabi is BAAAD. glitches the attempt and makes him reset. it's funky.

The cast of the transformation is based on hp, and not the amount of cast, no? Pretty sure we had a nearly instant 2nd transformation last week.

Cast time = Hp%, above 50% cast is every 10 seconds, <50% every 5 seconds i think. Under 50% have a shammy specced into reverberation do nothing but spam his shock interupts, not waiting for the emotes to come up and he should catch every cast.

He has some set "cast times" and according to his buff "The more damage he takes the faster he casts"

He won't cast 2 times if he dies in 15 second(or close to that forgot what my last kill time was on it, will know next random heroic pug i go there)

For less rabi we had, Pally tank (me), Shadow preist, Ench shammy, Blood dk and a markmanship hunter. we were gona have a stun rotation of Hunter then they would reset there abilitys and go again, the the dk and then me as pally, in the end all we needed was the hunter to do it twice and it was dead, just get a few 6k+ dps and its really easy.

you could have someone kite him into the room where the previous boss was and he'd deagrro, if another person grabbed him on the way back he'd never attempt to transform.

we made it by having a hunter kite him to the back-entrance and zone out, making him transform once. then we just waited for him to run back and grab him the second he resetted, and yes, he would never transform after that

got that shit on accident on my mage in a random group a week or 2 ago, I think I was at 9k and the other 2 were at about 4.5k

I just saw him get to 50%, cs'd the transform, and he was dead before cs wore off

I have that problem, only its spell plate that usually drops. Not DPS or tank plate.

Last night I had a douche Mage in a random PoS bitch and moan saying me and the healer were not geared at all for PoS. Then he proceeded to bitch and moan more and would not help us fight. Instead he left the instance and insisted he should be kicked so he could dodge the deserter debuff. We decided to clear out all the trash, scored a hilt, then kicked him when we got to Garfrost. Got a Hunter and went on to smoke the rest of the dungeon. Was even outdoing the DK who was supposed to be geared better than me.

My Shaman gets cockeyed looks in his crap gear whenever he lands in reg. ICC 5-mans or reg. ToC 5. The gear threshold for healing any of that is so damn low that I should just save this gear forever and keep it on me just to teach the general population about how healers actually operate.
