Well, I have to admit, the airship proc was hilarious.

Apparently when you land from rocket pack, the damage is an actual spell you cast on yourself, because that's what it procced from lol.


But meh, I figure the proc rates from heroic versions will be pretty substantial.

The game can be really buggy like that. Lightweave will proc from damned near anything. I heard it used to proc from casting your mount, but that is no longer true. Did you ever hear about the Disc Priest method of soloing Sartharion? Reflective Shield reflects threat-less damage at anyone who hits the Priest with his Shield on and, for some strange reason, the lava in Obsidian Sanctum was Sartharion's damage. Thus, a Priest could stand in the lava, never aggro anything, and just Shield himself to reflect totally hate-free damage slowly onto Sartharion. That got hotfixed pretty much instantly, of course, but it would've been fun to see, "LFM Disc Priests ONLY OS25."

Lightweave procs off of fel armor heals. Always fun to see it proc during the intro to a fight with 20s until combat begins.

Yeah, that's what drives me crazy. I go to pre-Shield someone (e.g., Faction Champs puller) and, boom, 295 Spellpower that, if I'm lucky, will affect one spell by the time the puller or tank manages to get his thumb out of his ass. At least the ICD is short enough that I don't rage too loudly.

Um... it is pallypower, and I don't know how to turn it of but uhh... if I hit it while I'm flying it says "you are mounted" and doesn't do anything.

That's because I have the "automatic dismountwhen a skill is used" checked.

Personally, I prefer it this way since it allow me to make awesome dynamics entries (no one care, but jumping off your mount to hit a mobs feel awesome).

Prissy fucking tanks that disband the second they enter Old Kingdom. The instance takes less than 15 minutes if you skip the optional bosses, just get it done instead of leaving four other people high and dry because you're retarded.

I usually agree, but when I've been doing heroics for the past 2 hours and 5 of the 7 heroics I've done are Old Kingdom, I'm sorry, the group can find someone else, I'm not putting up with it a 5th time in a row.

Don't paladin's have some ranged silence shit that makes it not make a difference? While it's annoying I've never had it make the difference between wipe and smooth sailing if it doesn't get interrupted

Friday we leave Putricide out since it was almost 3am and we were getting tired and didn't want to waste attempts (two people had already fallen asleep pretty sure, not responding for well over 20 minutes lol)...so we all agree on today to pick it back up.

Healer MIA now for over an hour and getting another is proving pretty impossible

The fact that you even have to interrupt is amazing. The DPS should be high enough that the 64k HP mobs just explode.

You have DPS that can actually DPS in heroics? I tanked CoS for my daily today and I was 55% of the groups damage at 4200 dps...

The mobs exploded in 3.0. I don't see how you're getting people that bad. I'm usually 35-50% of my groups DPS, but I'm going 5k instance wide. Most of the people I get in randoms are 3-5k themselves.

It's not really a have to interrupt, I'm a DK so 99% of the time I pull the shadowcaster itself with a death grip and since it casts it right away I interrupt it right away, I'm not 100% sure on even how long it takes to cast, but I've always looked down upon laziness just because it's a lolheroic...

and if you're doing legitimate random not getting people from guild, yeah you get shitty people sometimes where mobs don't die in 2.4 seconds

get putricide down to the 1mil hp range, 2 attempts left... doing good and a dps+healer have internet issues and go offline for 15min ;/

Def wasn't expecting to need ToC gear to tank 5 man heroics other than HoR. EDIT: Ok, there's something seriously wrong with the trash. I ate 35k HP in non crit damage in 4 seconds. Also didn't help I lost 8K HP because of 3.2 nerfs.

Pit of Saron? Are you chainpulling? The 4-pack trash has a stacking +50% (per stack) shadow damage taken debuff and the single casters channel a stacking +10% (per stack) debuff. If you had both together you can get destroyed damn near instantly.

Just pulling 1 pack at a time. I was still getting destroyed. I think the biggest part is the gigantic HP deficit I have now because of the 3.1 > 3.3 nerfs. It's the trash leading up to scourgelord tyrannous. Even popping IBF/Trinket/VB/AMS I kept biting it. Not a happy camper to say the least.
