Which number is bigger? Let's plug in random values.

150 for Base/fStr/WSmod x 3.0 x 5.6 = 2520
vs
180 for Base/fStr/WSmod x 3.0 x 4.35 = 2349

I've done both of those numbers for 2hred KJ's and 2hred SC's, almost exactly in fact.

Steel Cyclone will be more consistent, but KJ has more potential.

I always love it when I come out grossly over the total damage % of the other DDs in a party, but that joy usually fades when I realize it's because the other DDs all suck so much that I'm practically soloing the mobs. Sadly my WAR is not that pimp so I'm either neck and neck with good DDs, 2-5% behind excellent DDs, or way ahead of terrible ones.

I thought DI was a softy? Never got to go as a DD, but seemed like 2k+ was common enough.
