I was going to advice Bibiki Seashell too. While with 999 attack and SC boost I'd figure attack is capped (I have no idea of Dark Ixion stats, but I'd figure its not probable you dont cap with that many attack), there is the possibilty 164 STR is enough to cap out on him as well, for the mantles. Then again, I dont know its actual stats.

Even if you cap fSTR you'll still be adding to WSC, so the extra STR from Smilo may still do something.

Cerb+1 is better, barring zerg buffs.. tough to say what he has really since his attack is over 1k :\
To get ~2 pdif to cap after SA, you'd need at least 1100 attack.. 15 lv correction means you need 2.75x his def in attack. Low end estimate of 400 defense says you need 1100 to cap, higher end would be higher.. and if you aren't capped then cerb+1 wins.

Back when there was a bunch of Y/G/K testing, somebody figured that the only way they could keep the high numbers on higher targets was if there was some large attack buff that would have to total to a higher number than 999.
