Some of my favorite Coldplay songs:

Yellow, Clocks, Shiver, Spies, Rush of Blood to the Head, Politik, See You Soon, Moses, Viva La Vida, Life In Technicolor/Death and all His Friends, Kingdom Come (to name a few).

It just happens that their "radio friendly" music gets played more than anything else... and that's a shame because many of the other songs on their albums don't get any airtime.

Funny. I thought X&Y was hit and miss and Viva La Vida was more like their old stuff.

I like a good amount of there stuff, pretty much all the songs everyone else has mentioned. Viva La Vida has some great music in there, but some are "meh" and feel like they are trying to hard to stick to a theme

I really felt that Viva La Vida was a return to the old stuff, but with a new experimental twist.
It's a great album, IMO. I can't say I like the piano version of Lost, but other than that, I love it.

Coldplay has some good songs and some very boring, bad stuff. I don't care about Chris Martin being an asshole outside of concerts or whatever; purely music-wise, I like Yellow, Politik, Amsterdam, Violet Hill, Shiver, Green Eyes among others.

I liked Viva La Vida (song) until I started listening more Satriani... yeah. Can't listen to Viva La Vida properly anymore.

i liked their early stuff, then went kinda meh for a while, but i like viva la vida.
back in school we saw them play in this little bar at cambridge a few times (before they got their record deals and became famous and such obv)had some drinks with them after it was such a laugh

some of their songs are ok, I'd download/listen, but I wouldn't say I'm a fan.

What I've heard of them has not inspired me to seek out more.
