Deleted Vista Profile, can't find files

I'm completely perplexed by what seems like it should be a simple thing to find, but recently I deleted an account off of a Vista computer because it was giving an error of not being able to load the profile correctly. I did a quick search around the internet and basically all I found was that the profile was corrupt and wasn't a clear way to resolve it other than to delete the profile and make a new one.

I'm not familiar with Vista at all, except for the common Windows elements. When I deleted the profile, it gave me the option to keep all the files, so I chose that and didn't think about it. Stupidly, I didn't back the files up beforehand because I was just trying to fix it quickly. So, does anyone know where these files went? I looked in the users folder and didn't find anything there, and I'm not sure where else to look.

I believe what it prompted you was asking you if you wanted to keep the users data files. They will normally reside where the profile is, but all profile information is deleted around the users data.

Check the C:\Users folder (it may be hidden)

I think the hidden files were being shown but I'll have to double check again later when I get a chance.
