Because it was just useless bickering over of course..diffrences of opinion, it's quite irratating when people misjudge jobs because they don't know how to use them/how they are played.

Well.....Someone got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.. and it's about job adjusments, whm just happens to be the center of attention right now well...of course derailing to SCH bashing..but meh..

Nowhere did I bash SCHs personally, people who did can gtfo too. SCH is a perfectly legitimate choice for healer as well, and any excellent SCH and WHM could be interchanged quite easily with very little problem or noticeable difference. In a healer's role, mediocre WHMs will probably outdo SCHs, because if you're only mediocre you make a lot of bad choices with so many things for you to do on the job.

Which is another reason why I'm excited for these changes, new toys give more chances to be more efficient at the job, and can even further differentiate those who actually think about the job and those who just play it.

I am really waiting for these details now, I do have a feeling that Cura must be an insta-cast or close to, or the AoE is centered around the WHM rather than being targetable, or both. And just thinking on like, when to switch stances and such, obviously when you're standing back, you'd pretty much always want Solace, but I could see switching in and out in a fight like a Faf/Nid or something, between the Curas and the Esunas, and Auspice (though the Subtle Blow doesn't appear to need Misery with the wording as is).

And with this sort of stuff, I can only imagine what stuff they're looking at for other jobs. :D

Unless we're talking about lolmeritPTs, there's generally going to be someone else that has access to haste that can cast it without disrupting their normal routine (Most likely if they have haste that is their routine).

Auspice is the one spell I'm seriously waiting to try out. While we use Monk's Roll on chariots, if the Subtle Blow effect is noticeable, we could be utilizing a completely different roll.

Based on it's description, it also adds en-light, there aren't many things resistant to light aside aerns, between this, penace and mnks rolls, could solve the tp feeding problem depending on how potent it is, it even says it adds accuracy for if you miss..i'm hoping that does apply to the area of effect to and not just only the WHM.

I've always wanted to try Monk's Roll in Salvage, but every Corsair I recruit is incredibly cheap and only has the usual rolls. They're also lazy and don't do anything but roll, and go afk without saying anything. I'd really like to meet a good Corsair.

But anyway, you raise a good point. Maybe White Mage will be useful in Salvage now.
