eh, Olberman's got an unreal axe to grind against Rupert Murdoch for whatever reason, and from what I've read it's actually effected some of his fact-checking so I don't watch him anymore. Either way I get my news from the BBC website now.

Honestly, I consider myself a conservative, and I still think Fox News should be given as much attention as The National Enquirer and like tabloids. Most of the Fox News anchors have the paranoia stick shoved so far up their ass that it tickles their brain. Just more proof that political extremists, both right and left, need to be hung from the tallest tree and executed by firing squad, just to make sure. Then we can post the video of it on Youtube and read the funny comments. Much more entertaining and informative than what we have now.

Most of us know that the vast majority of american news media is for shit, but just because a news station disagrees with fox dosen't make them biased or a liberal extremist. Fox perpetuates the culture wars and partisanship like no other news source in america, by your own definition you should be just as critical of the shit they pull (although CNN is getting pretty stupid as well, oddly enough their viewership has incresed at the same time?)

edit: fwiw, there are almost no liberal politicians left in america, if you think Obama or Howard Dean are liberal, guess again. Hillary Clinton was the closest thing to a moderate republican on the national stage I've seen in over a decade. Yet you better believe that the opposition and fox news especially would label her as liberal as Obama (and they did during the primaries), because it dosen't matter when you treat politics like a football game and you're rooting for one team.
