Look where it says Genre on that page, check out the routine/line up for each show, and look at what time it gets put on TV.

The FoxHate train is really ridiculous -- the stupidity of most of the FoxHaters is pretty much noted right on the quote on top of this post.

Other media as said before are biased as well, just in the other direction.

In a five-minute segment broadcast March 17, 2009, Gutfeld and his panel mocked the Canadian military's mission in Afghanistan, noting Canadian Lieutenant General Andrew Leslie's recent comment that the military may require a one year "synchronized break" once Canada's mission in Afghanistan ends in 2011. "Meaning, the Canadian military wants to take a breather to do some yoga, paint landscapes, run on the beach in gorgeous white Capri pants," Gutfeld said. "I didn't even know they were in the war," panelist Doug Benson added. "I thought that's where you go if you don't want to fight. Go chill in Canada."

The panelists continued by joking about soldiers needing a break for "manicures and pedicures", seemingly unaware of Canadian losses and combat contributions in Afghanistan. Gutfeld also jokingly proposed that the United States military should invade Canada, while poking fun at the RCMP's ceremonial uniforms.

In Canada, the comments sparked outrage from coast to coast. Benson was scheduled to appear in Canada at Edmonton's The Comic Strip April 3-5, 2009, but the shows were cancelled after the owner received threats of "bodily injury" toward the American comic. "Some were saying he wouldn't make it from the airport to the club. For everyone's safety, we decided it was best to avoid the scenario altogether," manager Rick Bronson said.
Canadian soldiers have been fighting in Afghanistan since early 2002 [13] and have (as of the date of the segment's broadcast) lost 116 soldiers during the mission, the highest casualty rate among allied nations in the conflict.[14].

Subsequently, Canadian Defence Minister Peter MacKay called on Fox to apologize for the derogatory Red Eye comments, describing the remarks as "despicable, hurtful and ignorant".[15] Greg Gutfeld issued an apology shortly thereafter. [16]

I just think hating FOX has become cult-like, anything that is questionable/biased coming from FOX evokes a typical "OMG FOX MOAR LIKE FAUX NEWS" response. People need to open their eyes and realize that all media (aside from the internet) is biased.

At least some of the commentators(O'Rly etc) on Fox invite people on the other side of the spectrum to debate, unlike Olbermann and the CNN squad - who only invite people that agree with their views to a jerk off fest. Hell, if anything FOX news is less biased than other networks based on that fact.

I think this post demonstrates why the obsession with bias is detrimental to the purpose of news.

Everything has bias, anything that says it doesn't is lying. I prefer people and news sources that are honest with where they're coming from than news that attempts to be objective, but only ends up being a news for entertainment show that obscures and distorts information for the sake of entertainment, while giving off the illusion of objectivity, which can't be measured.

I must have slept through all the posts where people were unquestioningly accepting reports from CNN/The Liberuhl Meedya as gospel. If you'd read even three pages of the israeli air strike thread you'd know where you stand is completely empty on that field.

My views have been pretty fluid in the past few months, I've definitely turned my back on certain ones. Calling me out on the past as a biased individual is meaningless to me.

The internet is unbiased due to the fact that you have a choice to what news you will be fed, unlike the TV. Thus, giving you the opportunity to use critical thought to create your own judgements for worldly affairs.

Honestly, with the President of the United States (regardless of who it is) increasingly being treated like he's the Anti-Christ or accused of trying to turn the United States into a fascist dictatorship/communist nation/orweillian regime/blahblahblah, this is the most natural response to mass media.

I mean, first Clinton is "selling out the nation" (or whatever the hell it was that everyone kept wangsting over), then Bush was apparently starting a war as a corporate favor, and now Obama is becoming a fascist dictator? Is there any president that isn't the unholy avatar of Angra Mainyu, etc.?
