Well shit, the flash sale thing going to bug me. Was convenient only having to check Steam once a day during summer/xmas, unless they're not cycling more deals in once a given flash sale on a game ends.

What are the odds of getting a refund or price adjustment if I buy a game now and it goes on daily deal later?

Follow standard Steam sale guidelines.

Step 1: Review all sales posted for full duration of sale period
Step 2: Take note of which sales you wish to purchase, but DONT buy them
Step 3: Watch daily deals for entirety of sale
Step 4: On final day, buy any deals which did not show up on daily deals
Step 5: Realize you bought more games than you'll ever get around to playing
Step 6: Repeat from Step 1 at next sale even though you still haven't played every game from the last sale (These last 2 steps are totally the most important )

FYI, just in case you already knew that and were merely being impatient, I figured I'd post it for anyone who's never done a Steam sale.

This Warlock game on the Flash sale caught my eye. Anyone played it?

I own Civ V and this looks like someone licenced it and modded it? Is it simply a copycat? Officially licenced spinoff/mod by a different dev? ... and most importantly ... better or worse? (Compared to Civ V before the expansion w/ Religion that I heard made it better)

Easy game as far as Telltale's releases goes. I bought it awhile ago for the story and didn't regret it one bit. A lot of fanservice in it.
