Unless it's a daily deal/flash sale, it stays on sale until the very last day.
A lot of the Amazon download deals for this month are better than what steam is offering atm

How does amazon work? Are the games just their own programs or does it use its own steam-like service?
you can either activate them in steam or use their own download service
Picked up Portal 2 to play some Co-op with a friend, even tho I didn't care much for Portal 1, wont hold my breath for #2 to be any better, all spoiled don't care might have some fun with the story mode who is to say, 5 bucks was too hard to pass up, considering I got Portal 1 for free when they did the whole tease thing last year for Portal 2.
Is the PC version of Sonic Generations any good?
With a gamepad, yes.
Different game but I been using motion in joy and a ps 3 controller to play walking dead. Just set the option to xbox controller emulator
That might work to. I'm usually cautious about PC games that claim they have gamepad support since quite a few don't seem compatible with a large range of gamepads.
Dead Space 2 and Bulletstorm both on sale for $5 on Amazon. Can't decide between the two, trying not to spend too much. Still want Ys Origin lol, camping that shit for a potential extra price cut.
I already have it on xbox, but is sonic generations capped at 30FPS like consoles or can it run up to 60?
It can do 60.
PC Master Race is definitely 60FPS
I actually decided to buy it, downloading. Think I am going to watch the original Thing movie while I wait since the client is sapping all my bandwidth. Can't wait.
You won't be disappointed!
