You can right-click the game in your library and choose Backup Game Files. Store them to a flash drive and open the executable on her computer to load it into her Steam directory. Logging into your account will also do it, but you'll have to do the download, while the backup transfers and up-to-date copy without need to download.
Perfect, thank you very much!
Isn't Just Cause 2 the one they gave away for free with nvidia cards for like 6 months?
I believe so; I bought mine when they were giving away Arkham City.
it's been on sale really cheap a few times lately too (on steam), it'll probably be very low again soon
edit: (Just Cause 2)
tempted to snag saints row, but i've never played one before. in GTA i just went and did random shit; killing people, causing anarchy etc. So not sure if i'd like SR or not.
I had never played a Saints Row before either, and I'm in love with the game. My friend I co-oped the campaign in about two days marathoning it all day. Was really hard to put down and we're probably going to do a second time to see all the alternative choices/achievements. It's a phenomenal game that (imho) deserves a lot higher rating than it has on Metacritic. I'm a huge GTA fanboy and I think it's better than anything Rockstar has ever done and it's actually made me a little bummed knowing there are certain features GTA5 just isn't going to have.
Bah ok twisted my arm. Had to snag it.
Since Red faction was chosen as the new flash deal, It's alot of fun if you don't actually play the campaign. The story sucks and the scenery is bland (red everywhere!), but running around and destroying buildings with a hammer is unbelievably fun. The physics are fairly real. Destroy a support beam, the building will buckle accordingly. It's really neat in an "appease your destructive inner child" way.
FUCK FUCKING FUCK WHY DID YOU FUCKING IDIOTS CHOOSE A RED FACTION GAME FROM 2009 WHEN JAGGED ALLIANCE WAS UP FOR GRABS FUCKING FUCK SHIT CUNT COCK
I actually really liked the story in Saint's Row the Third too, so if you're usually a CS skipper I would watch them. The absurdity of it all comes together really well.
Oh hey, Dear Esther actually went on sale; didn't actually think I'd see that one go up. Time to see what the chatter is all about.
Metro 2033 worth 5 bucks?
Yes. I didn't get into as much as what appears everyone this forum has, but it's still a good game regardless and well worth five bucks.
In case you don't know, Dear Esther isn't really any form of typical game. You walk around an island and look at things, there is no interaction. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, it's just more like digital art than a game. They completely neglect to tell you any of this in the games description, so I just thought I'd give anyone who didn't know a heads-up.
i missed the civ 5 flash sale, was it the goty version too or just vanilla?
