I picked up Crusader Kings II on day 1 or 2 of the steam sale, its currently 75% off again (flash sale.) Definitely worth $12 if its your type of game, haven't found any game-breaking bugs and I've already logged 30 hours into it. The difficulty is pretty tight, but losing is fun because it makes for a good story.

Aww yeah, Grabbing Deus Ex HR later today. Two questions though: Augmented Edition worth the 2 extra bucks? And is playing the first game required to know wtf is going on?

If it comes with the expansion pack, that adds a few hours to gameplay, so sure. You do not need to have played the first game to enjoy this one.

I have it. I said it was like someone asking.

I saw a game that people said to get (Remnant) and asked why when it seemed average. I didn't know if someone might say, "oh, it's because of a sweet mod" or what. Turns out this isn't the case for Remnant, but I didn't know that, so I asked about it.

TLR is a pretty good game, its a combat system you will either really enjoy, or totally hate, has a decent story, decent characters and is an all around decent game that you can easily sink 40+ hours into, my biggest and practically singular complaint about TRL has always been how it doesn't reach it's potential, it has fucking bucketloads of potential, but that's life.

Amnesia worth grabbing for 5 bucks? Heard good things, mostly sad I missed the humble bundle by a day.

Edit: Well that's weird, bought Deus Ex pack, card got charged, games are in my library, but it said that a problem occurred, contact steam support. Neat-o.

Yeah, I just got back from the store and it said Invisible War had a problem downloading, hit install again and it looks to be downloading normally

It's worth grabbing at full price. Only a fool would pass it up at $5. Best horror game in... forever. Not just "ooga-booga-boo" jump-scare crap, but genuine horror. The Penumbra games are also great.

From memory it's not worth it at full, but -75% off ...yeah sure. I believe Risen 2 is much better though.
