When a game goes from 25% (normal sale) to 50% (current flash sale), that particular game won't get any cheaper unless it's a game that gets voted on? Looking at 50% off game and don't feel like seeing it for 66% or 75% a day later.

A flash or daily deal is likely the lowest it'll go. You can always wait until the last day of the sale, usually flash deals and stuff are repeated but there's no guarantee you'd see the -50% again
