GOG Day 15: http://www.gog.com/promo/dungeons___dragons_deal
NEW SALE! NEW SALE! Unfortunately, it's a "buy all for 75%".
But it's a little better than normal.
$21.50: Baldur's Gate 1 & 2 Complete, Icewind Dale 1 & 2 Complete, Planescape Torment, Neverwinter Nights: Diamond Edition, The Temple of Elemental Evil, Dungeons & Dragons: Dragonshard, Forgotten Realms: Demon Stone
Each Baldur's Gate has been $10 the entire sale so far. This is probably the only time it'll be 2.50.
If you're only buying it for Baldur's Gate, don't forget the Enhanced Edition is only $20 at beamdog.
any chance we will see an assassins creed franchise sale?
They've definitely done it before
I believe Assassin's Creed franchise sale was on 2-4 days ago. 66-75% off all games and dlc.
If it makes you feel better, Assassin's Creed 2 Deluxe just won the vote sale, it'll be $5
But looking through my posts, there was no Assassin's Creed franchise sale.
Anyways

$3.75 (75%) Orcs must Die! 2 [Complete Pack for $6.25, whole Franchise Pack for 8.75]
$7.50 (50%) Mark of the Ninja
$7.50 (50%) Little Inferno
i'm one of those dickheads feeling disappointed with this winter sale so far because i've wasted so much money in the past ones to make a backlog i don't even play so i already have everything that shows up... that being said, anyone that doesn't have Mark of the Ninja vote for it and then get it!
It won't win but I'm hoping very strongly that Little Inferno wins. If there's a story, and from all indications, a very good, twisted and emotionally charged story, behind all that strange fascination with burning things, then I want it. Just not at $15
That's a great point, and it's $9.99 for awhile either way, although $7.50 would be even better! You may have a good shot at that, as the other two have come up a few times since the Autumn sale, but I don't remember Little Inferno being a deal yet. You swayed my vote!
winner is Orcs must Die 2 with 45%
If anyone is thinking of picking up Spec Ops: The Line from Steam; don't. Amazon is a few pennies cheaper and the purchase will get you Bioshock 1/2. And yes, Amazon keys will work with Steam.
Are the Sleeping Dogs mission DLCs worth it, or just grab the main game?
people are saying "Nightmare in North Point" is and to forget the rest, but personally i have no experience. they also say to be sure to install the high-res texture pack before playing.
also remember that a lot of the deals on Amazon (that spec ops/bioshock bundle, etc) are going until the 5th, but starting the 1st you can use those $5 rebates you may have gotten from the autumn & this winter sale purchases. i am holding out hope that i can grab Sleeping Dogs & Dark Souls for about $11ea because of those, that's probably a gamble though.
the big thing besides sleeping dogs real cheap that i was hoping for was a nice discount on far cry 3, but i was probably a fool to think a month-old game would get much of a sale. if these sales come and go and it never shows up i'll probably still grab it for full price (or the 30% off on GMG at least), it sounds awesome.
Sleeping Dogs was cheaper on Amazon the other day, but I put it off thinking it would go just as cheap on Steam. Now I'm regretting it.I may wait it out to see if it goes on sale again on Amazon for a New Year's sale or something.
GMG had it for $11 with a $6 credit added on a few days ago. would be really cool if that showed up again, but i'm not expecting it to. i am basically hoping i can end up using some of the $5 amazon credits to make it $11 after the first of the year though.
Ugh for some reason I thought games purchased on GMG didn't give Steam keys so I hadn't put forth any attention to their deals since I'm anal about having all my games in one place. Now I feel stupid ~_~
